breakfast is great, but air conditioning is a little bit noisy

At first I was worried because no lift . However the staff are helpful to carry for us and bring down for us . First impression was wonderful , once I alight from taxi, the staff already came out to greet me w warm welcome . For smokers no worries they do have balcony for you to smoke . 4 night staying there was a wonderful experience .

Hotel lobby was very well decorated. But the fact that hotel has no lift was not the best option with kids.

Hotel is nice but overpriced for what it is. Worth noting there isn’t an elevator. They also charge for everything in the mini fridge at three times the price of what you can get at 7-11. I wouldn’t stay here again, but there was nothing particularly terrible.

A great little holtel not too far away from the Bangkok sky train. Rooms are slightly on the small side and the bed was pushed against the wall making it hard for one of us to get in and out of bed. Breakfast was really good. No lift, but if you’re in Bangkok to see the sights you should be able to handle the few flights of stairs (only three floors).

Aesthetically pleasing but the wear and tear can be seen. The toilet sink had a ball of hair on the edge when I came in. Strings of hair over the towels and bed sheets were seen! The air con was powerful but slightly noisy. Lastly, there was mosquitoes that night when I checked in. When I checked out, they probably didnt check and wanted to charge me for a minibar drink that I didn’t take. Didn’t have a great experience overall. Breakfast was the only pleasant thing to have had after the night’s stay.

The hotel is just as pretty as the photos. Easy to recognise especially if I’m taking a cab back. Lots of people taking insta worthy photos at the entrance. The overall stay is good, room is good and clean too. Just that the room has this cigarette smell which I thinks the bedsheets has the smell too. I love the smart tv. Although, I think all the smart tv should be named tv 1/2/3 in different rooms. So that it is easier to connect with the phone thru wifi. Air con is a little difficult to use as the temperature is difficult to set, it will get cold after while. The breakfast is ala carte selection. Food is okay but the restaurant is beautiful. There is no lift but it does not bother me, but for those with long stay maybe. 7-11 around the corner. Quite a walk to the nearest station. 10-15mins

Room and staff were nice which gave an excellent experience during my stay. The only downside was the breakfast, where they prepared the 'sweets' dessert beforehand and leave it at another table in the open until we ask for it. When requested, there were flies that got caught in the yogurt.

Overall the whole stay was good! The hotel is Super pretty for photo takings! We booked for the deluxe room even tho it’s still a lil small but I think is just nice for the both of us. The only not so great part about this hotel is there’s no lift. So if you’re carrying huge and heavy luggage hmm I would say good luck? The breakfast is good esp the potato and egg totally love it! Just top up a few dollars and get a atas breakfast is definitely worth the money😉

Great location, clean, great decor. Rooms decent size. Only downside is the lack of lift which its an issue when you have to carry your heavy suitcases to the Top floor. (only four floors) We saw mainly people in their 20's, as guest. Breakfast arrangements are quite different in a good way.

It was a great experience to stay at the K Maison Boutique Hotel. A cold drink was provided on our arrival and a complimentary upgrade to deluxe room. The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and sparkling clean bathroom. Air conditioning worked very well. The staff were very welcoming and we would love to stay here again on another visit to Bangkok.

Location is average distance from BTS station Victory Monument but a little bit inside small lane. However it is very difficult to get meter taxi from their location if we hire from corner of street. Class silk has no handspray for toilet that is not suitable for person with pile. Marble suite has big room but living room with TV has no curtain which can be seen from other room across the street meaning no privacy. It has hand spray in Marble suite. but power of spray and the way speed of water is too rough meaning eventhough tap is adjustable. Separate Toilet and shower rooms should have opaque doors. Floors in shower rooms and around bathtubs in both suites should have non-slippery floors. No elevator or escalator for upstairs. but hotel staffs carried languages helpfully. Even though there is no good view from hotel, it is nice for food. Near on top of street has some street food shops. Luggage could be kept at hotel after checkout at 12pm. That is nice. Overall recommendation is that they should improve more according to total price we paid for.

Fantastic boutique hotel! Loved everything: the design, comfort, staff!

Nice hotel, however, if u are first time to the hotel, you need to find the hotel if by walk on your own. If you willing to walk a little, still able to walk to BTS and sky train. Hotel staffs are friendly. The greatest drawback to me was, there is no lift. Require to climb the stairs every time going back to room.

this hotel is really comfortable, just the location a bit far to city. but overall is really good

Not a good experience at all. It's ten minutes walk from the nearest bts, hotel has no shuttle, has no lifts in a city which boasts of great shopping... Lugging everything up and down three floors is definitely terrible

Hotel to shopping mall like platinum mall or pratunam market was rather far. Like 20-30minutes walk. To reach the hotel, you will need to walk in an alley and it can be quite scary during night. There were big fat rats outside the alley as there are streets food and rubbish. After shopping the whole day plus walking back to the hotel, you will need to climb the stairs to reach your room as it does not provide lift at all. Overall this can be very tiring. We mostly chose to walk back instead of cabbing/grabbing as we have tried and the jam makes travelling back by car even longer. So for those who are here purely for shopping, will advise to stay near central instead. Plus point is only that toilets are clean and breakfast is above average.

Love that the hotel is so clean and the rooms are gorgeous! Also covenient to travel around to main attractions! Would definitely stay here again.
