The hotel is in Surat Thani city area. Bang Kung intersection There is quite a lot of parking. and has many rooms The room characteristics are good, the air conditioner is cool, the water flows strong, the hot water works well. And there are clearly separated wet and dry areas in the bathroom. Clean towels, clear TV, good WiFi, all lovely staff, especially the front desk staff, very good service. If you come to Surat Thani on business This hotel is considered another option for staying.

โรงแรมสะอาด สบาย พนักงาน bellboy พอลงจากรถ มาต้อนรับ ไหว้ทักทาย ต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี ส่วนพนักงาน reception ไหว้ทักทาย พูดเพราะ ยิ้มแย้ม ประทับใจมาก ห้องพักสะอาด สบายมาก ที่จอดรถกว้างขวางสบาย มีคนดูแลความปลอดภัยตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ถ้าไปสุราษฎร์ธานี จะไปพักอีก แนะนำครับ ใครมาสุราษฎร์ธานี มาพักที่นี่ รับรอง ไม่ผิดหวัง ขอบคุณครับ!

เกิดข้อผิดพลาดในการเช็คอิน เข้าใจในสถานการณ์นั้น เอ้าอิน อาจเกิดปัญหาห้องไม่พร้อมบริการ ในขณะที่ลูกค้าพร้อมเพียงเช็คอินในเวลาเดียวกัน ขอให้ทางโรงแรมมีการแก้ไขที่รวดเร็วและดีกว่านี้นะคะ

เข้าห้องไปเจอที่นอนลูกค้าคนเก่ายังไม่เก็บเลย, พอเปลี่ยนห้องใหม่ ในห้องน้ำเหม็นฉี่มาก, ไฟในห้องน้ำ เสีย 1 ดวงไม่เปลี่ยน, ในห้องนอนมีแค่โคมไฟผนัง ห้องค่อนข้างมืด

ทางโรงแรมขอเงินมัดจำกุญแจตอนเช็คอิน500บาทลูกค้าให้เงินสดภายหลังเมื่อเช็คเอ้าไม่มีการคืนเงินมัดจำเป็นเงินสดโดยทางโรงแรมมจะโอนเงินคืนให้ในวันถัดมาก่อนเที่ยง ของอีกวันหนึ่งแต่ไม่มีการเคลื่อนไหว ทางลูกค้าติดต่อสอบถามไปมากว่า2ครั้งพนักงานผู้จัดการบ่ายเบี่ยงไม่คืนเงินมัดจำกุญแจห้อง
