Wonderful experience. The staff are very kind and respectful. They are constantly cleaning. Every common area is spotless. The rooms are spacious and very clean and I got used to the firmer mattress and slept wonderfully. It is very near a 7-11, great selection of restaurants and shops all within one block of the hotel. They have an option to provide complimentary breakfast and it is a well stocked breakfast with a lot of options and wonderful staff tending the area. You will not go wrong staying here.

Perfect hotel in Pattaya, it's a shame to come here but not for a staycation because the hotel is that comfortable for a staycation. It's a shame I didn't try the swimming pool yesterday. Every corner is aesthetic, the service is friendly, every guest is served well. Next time I go to Pattaya, I want to come here again because the hotel is really beautiful. The location is also not too far, near terminal 21. Overall 9/10 the hotel is really good.

I received a room and a birthday cake. It was a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel atmosphere was great, located in the heart of the city. The pool had a great view, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent from the moment I stepped in until I left. I forgot something and they quickly helped me get it back. I really liked the check-in and check-out times. They were very flexible. You can check in and out at any time.
