The staff, including Bunny and the Front Office Manager, Tangmo, are always a pleasure to see and are simply marvelous at what they do. Always welcoming, always smiling, always willing to help. I have been coming here since 2023 and will continue to do so. The location, the food, rooftop pool and bar, it’s just a great place to stay. The hotel, rooms, etc., are all spotless.

The staff were lovely and provided excellent service, helping us from the moment we got out of the car. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. Importantly, the hotel has many great photo opportunities.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Initially we arrived at the hotel at 10:00, according to the hotel rules we were allowed to check in at 14:00 but we were allowed to leave our bags in the hotel lobby first and then walk around Pattaya while waiting for check in. In general, this hotel is highly recommended when you are on vacation in Pattaya, the location is strategic because it is close to various tourist attractions but not in the center of the crowd so it is far from traffic jams and noisy atmosphere. The hotel environment is also comfortable and there are many shops, restaurants, and motorbike/car rentals, the most important thing is that it is close to seven eleven. The hotel room is very comfortable, one of the reasons is because it provides quite a lot of electrical outlets. The hotel bed is soft, the AC is cold, the TV has various channels, the bathroom is clean. The hotel facilities are quite complete: restaurant, gym, kids room, swimming pool although during our stay here we did not have time to use it because our stay was very short.

Clean room, convenient travel, easy to find things to eat, close to 7-Eleven, close to the beach, worth the price. The housekeeper and front desk staff are cute and friendly. Next time, definitely come to stay again.
