Very nice rooms and entire hotel. It has a European flair to it. It is very clean and all the staff are wonderful. The breakfast is huge with many choices. The restaurant has delicious food and great value. Excellent location walking distance to Terminal 21 mall and Alcazar Cabaret.

My mother really liked the decoration of this hotel. But personally, it's not a line. The bathroom has mold on the edge, less parking, the hotel is on the beach, can walk down to walk, the way to go is a bit confused, breakfast is considered ok, not good, the lights in the room are beautiful, but the smell of the hotel thinks that it smells good throughout the room for I'm a cheap perfume. So dizzy. Let's change.

At first we got a sea view room on the second floor. Which saw only 20% of the sea view. Called to ask at the counter. The counter said that the room that the customer had booked was this room, which the view was not good at all. Finally, the counter changed to me instead. Thanks to the staff at the hotel.

And check out time is likely to be hasty. At 12.00 hrs. There is a staff member calling to report at 12.10 hrs.
