Well originally I wanted to give it a 1 star, location - it’s far away from everything, a 4 star hotel had black mold, not working safe, WiFi, outlets, the place is not up kept and outdated, however the front desk lady was amazing. Surprisingly as service in Thailand often is mediocre. She went above and beyond to get out of our reservation and concerned about our complains. She upgraded us for free to a beautiful newer room, but it had black mold. Also when I booked the taxes and fees weren’t shown, to my surprise they were as much as room rates ( usually it’s only 7-10%) but it was too late.

This hotel location is far away from anything. The bathroom sink is design badly that you have to be at least 7 foot tall to reach it. Bad ergonomic to say the least. complete amature in design. I will never repeat with this hotel.

We (me wife and daughter) stayed for 5 nights. Our original booking was for a Studio (Triple) but after we settled into the room we realized the air conditioning was not working. After notifying the front desk the maintenance man was there within minutes to troubleshoot, When he determined it would take too long to repair we had to change rooms but they gave us an upgrade Suite for the rest of our stay. Breakfast buffet was good and unlike most places they stayed open til 11am. The hotel was hard to find because it is kind of out of the way of main roads. Staff was friendly, pool and gym was good. Wi fi had good signal throughout.

I book a big suite for my family with 3 rooms. Your website said for 6 to 8 persons. I registered 6 adults and did not registered my younger son. The hotel insists i must pay 750baths for 1 more person. I response that i pay premium rate why should i? No payment no stay. I am absolutely not happy.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front gate and no one to greet arriving guests in the drop off area. After carrying my luggage around awhile looking for the lobby, I attempted to telephone the hotel number on my reservation email – BUT NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! I called Expedia and they directed me to building C, my call was interrupted by a security guard who asked me my room number and I said I didn’t have one yet; he ordered me to leave the property immediately! I did not leave and finally found the lobby and was informed they had no one bedrooms. They offered me a 2 bedroom but said I would have to move after the first night – I refused. The room was dirty and dated– the showers were filthy and I had to clean before I took a shower. The internet didn’t work well. There are several glasses in the room, but all are miniscule. The air conditioning is not effective and you must stand within a few feet of the unit before the remote control works. Toilets don’t flush properly. Electric outlets in the bedroom are only accessible if you move the beds around. I didn’t get room service on the day I was here; I was in the room for an hour and apparently that was my designated time so was not serviced. This is the only hotel in the room that doesn’t provide a bar of soap. I went to the desk and asked about soap – she gave me shampoo and bath wash – not nearly the same thing as soap. The pool is half finished. Hotel in the middle of nowhere

I was staying at the LK Legend with my family. Like other LK hotels I have stayed in previously the room was very large having two bedrooms, two bathrooms and additional toilet. The living area was also a good size and contained a sitting area with sofa and arm chair, dining table for 4 people and a good sized kitchenette. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard The very large swimming pool was excellent with good sized shallow area for young children and a large deeper area for those who actually want to swim. The pool and surrounding areas were tidy and well maintained. Like all hotels I have stayed in when visiting Thailand, the maintenance tends to be reactive and not proactive and we did need to visit reception a couple of times regarding issues with the room. However, everything was dealt with promptly and politely. I knocked one point off of the condition score because I think a thorough check of the room prior to our arrival would have spotted these problems. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a range of food from Thai to continental pastries available each morning. There were two things that detracted from the stay: Firstly the onsite restaurant and pool bar was closed for our entire stay. Secondly the hotel is situated on a very narrow but busy road. This made walking to the many nearby street food sellers and shops tricky and potentially dangerous with young children. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we would happily stay again.
