The room is ok but the security guard service is poor, refused to help. With almost midnight room reservation The receptionist isn't here anymore. We asked for a number to contact the staff but the security staff didn't give and said that it was not their duty. Must be paid in cash only Although we have already paid for the room rates via 7-11 and confirmed the payment slip, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room but the service was poor.

I've been in this hotel twice, all I can say base on my stay and experience is great! The hotel staff are very polite and accommodating since I love coffee the place is really perfect for me. the room is very clean. God bless mana residence 😍
