Booked because I needed a hotel near Central. Because going to see fireworks Do not expect anything Because last minute booking But the hotel is good, peaceful, has a lot of space It is an old hotel but the interior is newly decorated. And is very clean. The linen, towels, see comments on the beach. This thought that the hotel is on the 2nd line but not the entire hotel area. From the beach road to Sai 2, a lot of space. I like it. In conclusion, it is on the beach, easy to access. As for food, it's not buffet, it's a choice of what to bring, including boiled rice, fried rice, American spaghetti, breakfast, but there are bread, coffee, fruit salad to serve on your own, just a short walk from the hotel to Central. Impressed by the calm, clean, green space. Services of the staff like it all.

Good location near the sea. The place is actually Pattaya Soi 11 atmosphere like a villa over the hotel. Peace very good. Do not sound like a pub or a pub. Suitable for people looking for privacy. The center between the pier and Central very well.

I found this hotel to be extremely run down. You could see daylight between the walls & door frames allowing lizards & mosquito’s in 24/7, I left after my stay with serious mosquito bites all over. The doors to the rooms were very unsecured, I didn’t have a safety deposit box & the walls were so thin I could hear the phone alarms going off in the room next door.

Paid £30 per room per night for bed and breakfast. The hotel is at the mid point of Pattaya beach. The hotel itself is just off the main road. Our room was a deluxe sea view room but unfortunately did not have a balcony. No problem though it had a table and chairs in front of large windows with a great ocean view. There are rooms with balconies around the pool if you want to book those. There are lots of bars and restaurants around in the vicinity. Our favourite was the sportsman’s bar. Great food and staff. Breakfast at the hotel was ok. If you are western and didn’t like Thai food, then there was toast, ham, sausage salad, fruits etc and you can asked them to make fried or scrambled eggs. There was also plenty of juice and coffee. Overall and please bear this in mind. For the price paid the hotel was great value for money. If you are expecting 5 star facilities etc then book the Hilton. But if you want a cheap holiday I would absolutely recommend and go back to this hotel.

Past it's Glory Days into Genteel decline, seems to have a problem with water pressure .Breakfast not really for western tastes. It's saving grace is the Pool and the location! Staff very good!

Next to Soi 11, down the drive. Nice place for the cost, friendly staff, clean & tidy. Right on Beach Rd, but far back enough that the noise from the road isn't an issue. For the price, you can't go wrong.
