Very disappointing. Stayed for 4 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned once. Had to ask for toilet paper. Air conditioner kept switching off. Hostels near the beach were better and cheaper.

This hotel has some of the my favourite views from our room and the pool. It is about a 10 min walk to get there from the pier with some incline and quite a few stairs once you arrive but overall not difficult. It’s very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of main town. Definitely organise transfers and someone will assist you taking your bags. Hotel is clean and simple however I found too much furniture with 2 big lounge chairs and a side table made for a bit of an obsticle course within the room. But apart from that our stay was quiet and pleasant and would recommend.

We found the hotel easy enough to get to but it's fairly near to a sewage spot although you can't smell this at the hotel, it's just unfortunate that you walk past it. We spotted one cockroach outside our door but it wasn't actually in the room. We didn't use the pool or eat the food so can't comment on those. Room was very basic and I wouldn't recommend but you do get what you pay for and we only paid about £60 per night, I definitely wouldn't pay a penny more! The room wasn't cleaned during our stay but we were only there 2 nights. My advice pay a bit more and stay elsewhere.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but it did disappoint. The woman at the front desk was very rude upon check in, and acted like she didn't have record of our reservation. I had to write down my name on a piece of paper, (why not just ask for passport as they will need), then she wanted me to pull up my reservation and show it to her, and then my Expedia booking number was requested, which I couldn't find. I finally asked her if she couldn't just look up my booking in today's reservations, which she finally managed to do. Not a very professional process, plus she had an attitude. The trek up to the room was very strenuous - you should be in great shape if you book a sea view room, as they are very high, and you will carry all of your bags up many flights of steep stairs. I would dread every day I had to leave my room, knowing all the work I had waiting for me to get back at the end of the day. Now, about that "sea view", that is only partially true. The view is really mountains/greenery, and only upon turning your head all the way left, do you see the sea view. It should be advertised more accurately as partial sea view. It is definitely not what you will see from bed when you wake up. The Infiniti pool was a nice touch and always occupied. The design inside was updated and nice, but the shower was built poorly, and the floor gets wet when used. The bathroom has a fowl smell, likely caused by the water. Breakfast was very poor, and had no vegan options except for 2 fruits.

No complaints about this hotel. We stayed In a standard room in the reception building (old building I think) 5 minute walk to the restaurants and bars which was perfect! We arrived before check in but the staff allowed us to drop our bags in the room anyway and made sure it was ready for us returning. Staff were all very nice. Wouldn’t mind going back to this hotel.

Where to start, for 2000 baht a night you can find a much better place. The rooms are very used and old. Lights dont work, in our first room the aircon was terrible. The wifi does not work in the rooms, pretty much the lobby, the pool is a hike away, the balcony chairs are so bad they are not suitable to sit in. Staff was uncaring and had a very nonchalant attitude. Overall i would never stay there again.

From start to finish this was an unpleasant stay. When we arrived we checked in, a man showed us to our rooms but didn’t speak any English so just pointed in a vague direction when we asked where the pool was. It was up a hill and there was a whole other hotel in between our rooms and the pool. The rooms we were in were not pictured in any photos online. They were run down dreary and not very clean at all. Stains on the sheets and no body makes up your room during your stay to offer fresh towels or water etc. I went down to ask why we were so far away from the pool and she repeatedly spoke over me saying that I booked standard room only. I paid £30 a night for the room and was expected to pay an additional £50 in cash only to be closer to the pool. There were 2 of us in the room and only one tatty broken chair on the balcony. We went down to breakfast in the morning and I have never seen such a sparse spread. There were maybe 4 options of things to eat but when we went down (only an hour after it started) there was almost nothing left. The hotel was very quiet too. Our first night 2 strange men that didn’t speak English knocked and came into our room to look at the fridge. Had a conversation in Thai and then left again, safe to say I was on edge for the rest of the stay. It came to check out day and we woke up to no water. My other half went down to ask why and she simply said ‘water finished’ so we were unable to shower before we left. Would 100% not recommend.
