Clean and convenient area. Breakfast was awesome. Cozy pool.

Counter staff and concierge were helpful. Location is good - many options of local food. Near to a park for morning walks.

We as a family have stayed at King Power many times. The staff are so friendly,helpful and Professional. The hotel is so clean, food superb.

excellent dining options

I stayed here a few times. Friends wonder why i choose to stay on the outskirts of Bangkok. It is actually not far from the Bangkok city centre. Just 3 stops on the train and i am in Siam Paragon. And the station is less than 10 min walk from the hotel. Being a little out of the city centre allows me to be away from the crowd when i have done what i needed to do in the city centre. Hotels in the city centre tends to have many people around and in the lobbying. Pullman Kingpower surrounding is much quieter and serene. Good to have a place to get away from the crowds and congestion of the city centre Also this hotel is huge with its surrounding uncluttered or congested by high-rise buildings. Kingpower duty-free shopping mall next door offers free coach transfers to the airport twice a day. No need to buy anything to get on the coach. It also offers a free access lounge if you need it. Transfers and lounge are only for customers of the hotel and the mall.

It is a safe and great place to stay in Bangkok. It is near Pratunam market, airport, shopping mall, and Baiyoke Sky building

Nice hotel in good location with excellent shopping and eating establishments. Staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Hotel rooms, however, begin to show a little age, and could use a light makeover.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pullman. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful, allowing us to use the hotel amenities and pool while we awaited check-in. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with endless choices and very tasty. Also, this hotel is one of the nicest smelling hotels I've ever stayed in. The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the Phayathai station which was convenient to airport rail link and the sky train. However, we did struggle to find nice restaurants near the hotel.

Is convenient, clean and comfortable. One relative minor improvement: shower's water pressure can be stronger.

After 3 weeks on the islands of Thailand, we had a credit to redeem . We had lots of high end hotels to choose from but took a chance on this hotel due to its proximity to the airport train and pictures of the pool etc. We absolutely loved our time at the Pullman Bangkok King Power! The pool area was spectacular! We just needed some relaxation before the long journey home. Next time I’m in Bangkok this is definitely where I’ll stay. 4 times in Thailand in 10 years tells me I’ll probably be back

Great service ,i felt well taken care of. They called tuktuk for us, also checked with flashlight when we left our cab in case we left things behind. Its little things that matters

Overall good but can be better. Shower water pressure is on the low side. Buffett not too quite up to standard, selection not fantastic and seafood not fresh. The housekeeping on my day 1 was good and meticulous. Spotted a tiny stain on the toilet bowl (not at an obvious spot) on the day we checked in and it's gone the next day after housekeeping.

Beds were not comfortable at all

There was water that pooled in the shower floor that never went down the drain unless i moved it with my foot
