The location is excellent. The breakfast is great. Staff are polite and efficient, especially front staff, IT staff and door men are very nice. We are also impressed by cocktails at the business lounge. We ordered margarita and mojito every evening. All the facilities are well prepared and maintained. We are already looking forward to staying next time.

When I say this hotel exceeded my expectations, it truly did. The rooms are spacious, the ambience is incredible, and the staff at reception were very welcoming. A special shout out to the doorman, Diew, who was extremely friendly and full of helpful information. I will definitely be visiting Bangkok again, and this will absolutely be my place to stay.

My check-in was after 10pm and reception told me that the hotel was fully booked so I was given a room on the smoking floor. On the floor itself, the corridor smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, but the room at least smelled a little bit better. Wifi did not work well in this room though. Requested for a change of room the next day which the hotel were able to accommodate, although only after 4pm. The new room and floor smelled a lot better. However, wifi worked as poorly as in the previous room. Even basic amenities such as a dental kit were not provided.

Beautiful spotless rooms. Had no hair dryer but they brought me one immediately when i called. I also was not able to commect to the internet. Onlynthere 2 nights this time and i did inform them of this. They will certainly correct the issue. Thats the good people they are. Great service!
