客房乾淨, 周遭環境方便, 飯店人員有禮

I stayed for 5 nights for a business trip. Pros: Nice and clean room, in good size, not old. Staff are very welcoming, especially the concierge boys. The gym room is ok too, but the steam room/ Sauna wasn't working on some days. Good locations, near a lot of massage shops, and close to Terminal 21. (6 mins walk) Cons: The Wi-Fi network is unstable, unreliable, and very poor. will lose the network most of the time, and the Wi-Fi cannot even connect sometimes. It disturbs all of my online meetings and my leisure time watching drama on iPad. Their staff are trying to support but cannot totally solve the wifi problem (maybe this is more like a system issue) , Also, the toilet is very easy to get stuck. It's stuck twice in 5 days; I have to call a technician to fix the toilet. The time that I spent waiting for the technician to fix the WiFi and toilet was time-consuming and delayed my schedule. For business trip, i will definately not staying here, but if for leisure, maybe i will consider.

還會再來.職員服務很好.很貼心

第一晚浴室有蟑螂，在外玩樂一天，回到房裡只想好好洗澡後，享受舒適的睡眠，誰知卻得與小強奮戰，請飯店人員來協助，等到我都已忍不住將小強處死了，還未見有人前來協助，打電話抗議後終於有人協助換房間，但卻是臭著臉的，沒有一句抱歉！ 第二晚，依然是帶著滿身疲累想回房好好如廁，浴室地板竟有著一灘濁水，往上看，天花板一直滲著水滴下來😢… 這是五星級的品質嗎？我強烈抗議，並要求退費！！！ 這次是4天3夜的旅程，每晚都忙著搬家換房間，請問有達到讓旅客好好放鬆，享受猶如回家般的舒適饗宴嗎？

Swimming pool is good.

Good location, Staff are super nice. 酒店有點舊，但整體尚可，浴室膠邊有點發霉發黃，會有一點點水跑到淋浴間外，很多皮具都日氧化掉皮，例如浴室裝日用品的盤子，床頭的靠枕。電視沒有節目。早餐選擇還可以，應該是每天都會變。其中一個杯子上有唇膏印，當時也跟員工反映。 尚算滿意今次住宿，但未必會再次選擇。

房間整潔

房間的浴室渠道有陣陣異味, housekeeper 第二三日唔記得放洗面毛巾, 只放了兩個浴巾,房間電燈太暗,電話打唔到 room to room, 要待改善

Very spacious room but quite dark. It offered an excellent breakfast with lots of food variety, good quality.

清潔房間時忘記補充毛巾及廁紙。

老代化設施比較舊，有很多需要維修之處，預期剛去水比較慢，花灑及水喉出水量少

The room is very spacious and the staff are all nice and helpful. Unfortunately the bathroom is not qualified that the water pipes and shower facilities are under standard. The water pressure is too low and the temperature is not stable, sometimes cold and sometimes hot. Also the amenities' types are too limited, only dental kit and cotton pads. The staff also forgot to place the free water in room, which we discovered another day.

the lobby is good and their service is good....but the room is not as good as five star hotel. The door lock is always malfunctioned. The worst thing is the indoor switch sensor. Lights and A/C shut down unexpectedly in the midnight. The room number is 2017.

Rent og pent hotell. Hyggelig stab. Fint plassert. Generelt veldig bra hotell. Skal jeg trekke fra noe så er det følgende. Ikke skikkelig varmtvann i dusjen, men lunket. Det er vel normalt i Bangkok, men 5 stjerner så bør det være mulig med varmt vann. Måtte betale det samme som en natt for tidlig sjekkin. Hadde reist lenge så orket ikke krangle.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Sukhumvit, near the EmSphere and Terminal 21 malls. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious.

Fantastisk service fra alle i resepsjonen. Fint hotell som er godt vedlikeholdt. God frokost. Bra beliggenhet, 10 min å gå til BTS og MRT. Absolutt vårt faste hotell når vi er i Bangkok.
