Nice rooms and excellent facilities including swimming pool and fitness center. Good European style restaurant with reasonable prices, however, it seems that the hotel customers don't use this possibility for tasty dining. Location is quite remote and needs own transportation but that was rather an asset than a problem. Hotel is located next to the very good golf course.

Our villa was lovely!! the patio faces a beautiful pond with water fountain and 2 beautiful swans swimming in it!! my family love it!!

With so many great options available in Khao Yai/ Pam Chong this simply wasn’t worth the money spent. This resort caters to those who golf mainly. Otherwise it was a no frills type of accommodation compared to the many high end resorts along the road leading to Khao Yai National Park. Other than the bell hop who was pleasant upon check in I thought the rest of the staff was mediocre in terms of providing service. Breakfast was also limited and most dishes were cold.

Overall is great, really relaxing and quite.
Breakfast is ok. Clubhouse's food is very delicious.
I really appreciate the Duty Manager, Ms Da she really help us a lot, she always try her best to solve our communication barrier with their locals.
If you do not engage private car/van, you can't go anyway. There is no taxi service at Khao Yai, private car/van is a must. Alternatively you may rent a car.

Hotel presents very nice, style and design lovely but the bed was very hard, the worst I have ever slept in. The staff at reception were ok but not all spoke English, the staff really weren't very attentive. The restaurant was beautiful and had a lovely ambience but was very overpriced and again let down by the staff. It was a lot further away than we would have liked from the national park but when you don't know the area that happens. Probably one of the nicer places we have stayed here in Thailand but probably wouldn't go back due to the bed and the staff, which is unfortunate because it is a lovely hotel.

First time staying at this resort and we found it excellent. Will return for many reasons, namely good service, room and environment. The resort has a 18 hole golf course that is beautiful and well maintained, perfect layout for social golfers, with reasonable layout and green speed of about 9.5. Food was excellent and serving staff were attentive. Once of the best resorts to stay at Khao Yai.

Stayed here for one night only. Location was difficult to find as not many marking along the way. The room assigned to me was nice, not overly girlish as first suspected based on website. Atmosphere in the property is nice, well maintained. Breakfast was included and was not bad but limited in choice, maybe because the hotel was running around 50% occupancy. Maybe will stay longer the next time to really appreciate the property.

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay, in a beautiful French style room and the grounds were so peaceful with the pool, gardens and golf course. I liked going to the stables to pat the horses and I had the pool to myself as everyone else was golfing. On the second day I went on an all-day forest trek through the nearby Khao Yai National Park which I highly recommend. Some staff do not speak English but they always went to find someone who could and the young lady at Reception was extremely helpful. If you want a few days of rest and relaxation this is definitely the place for you.

Everything was perfect except the bed.
Very hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately the bed quality does not match all the other things which are top notch, specially the service. ALL the staff members are lovely.
