Facilitates really good, Quan spa awesome, pool very nice, and fun activities. Ocean villas were great and highly recommended and staff always eager to please. The downside is construction in rear of facility and had to change rooms, which worked out very good. The beach is OK since frequently low tide and not really swimmable. Pool was really nice, and people very friendly.

Lovely hotel although I’d say the rooms look a bit outdated. Even so, it’s a wonderful hotel with amazing pool by the beach, great and friendly staff and all super clean

Our deluxe garden view room was wonderful. No complaints. Spacious, clean and lots of storage. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The beach was just WOW! It truly was paradise at the pool and beach. Music selections were great and we appreciated happy hours bargains. Breakfast was outstanding. Truly can’t say enough positive things about this resort. Tawann was lovely as well as live music on the beach. Would have loved to stay longer.

We were lucky enough to have visited the Renaissance resort in 2018 and we not disappointed at our return visit. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive. No request was too much trouble. Well done to all involved.
