Excellent breakfast, with great varity and quality + fabulous service. Nice pool and beach. Spacious room with good layout.

Hardware is good as expected being Renaissance. But the service is more than expected. Due to weather, all water activity and tour cancelled, so we spent lot of time in hotel. However we saw smiling faces all around the hotels, so we still have a wonderful 5 days holiday here. Great staff names that I can remember are: May, Aod, Lu, the yoga teacher..,,,. Thanks to them again

Great experience in your hotel, warmly welcomed by front desk staff and Oad, who kindly offered help during our stay. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices. Waitresses were efficient and polite, thumbs up to Flora and Jenny! Good job and will be back soon.

The employees in this hotel performance their excellent work, always helpful, and naturally polite to guests, the restaurant tawaNN's Thai food is pretty well and the atmosphere is so private and romantic. we had a very good time here.

Excellent service and very quick respond on service! Hotel staff will come and attend your service request within 5 mins after you make the call. Even though the water temperature was too low due to malfunction during we stay, we still have a great time here! They'll always be the first move before you ask and provide solution that could comfort you. Appreciate the special arrangement for the water temperature issue. Highly recommended this hotel if you are planning to escape from the reality for some days :)

地點偏遠 景觀一般 早餐也一般 泳池不太大 沙灘有等於無 但性價比高 客服亦十分優質

非常安静的酒店，房间不算多，所以服务精细，一贯的热情的客服人员；沙滩在那个地区属于还不错的；谢谢班车司机，只有我们俩个客人，还是按约来接我们。 就是酒店的吃这块需要改进，早餐不太适合我这种中式口味，中式的太少，没得挑；酒店内部的餐厅也不方便住店客人，口味一般

本人认为酒店的最亮点是服务，员工热情而且训练有素，前台有位中国的王小姐，在我们入住的四天三晚中给了我们很多帮助，甚至帮我们订到了cliff的桌位，非常感谢，其他碰到的员工也都非常有礼貌且热情。酒店的布局是依山而建，稍显局促，设施不是很集中。上下水非常不好，两次泡澡都没有泡成，因为屋内泡浴的地方相比一般的浴缸要大，热水总是放到一半就没有了，第二次又等了30分钟还是没有热水，所以如果想泡澡的话建议白天泡，可能晚上用热水会比较紧张；马桶下水会稍有些味道。可能是因为在山上，所以上下水都不太好做。但是花洒就真的是维护问题了，会乱滋，很少五星级酒店这样，第二天老公稍微修了下就很不错了，看来是日常维护的不够好。我们住的海景泳池房，泳池较小，基本就是较大的泡池，不过有spa功能。酒店沙滩礁石比较多，下水会比较扎脚。酒店早餐还算精致，但没有其他万豪旗下酒店那么大场面，可能是因为地方限制了。

very good service, staffs in resort are very nice and helpful.The garden villa re very romantic.

我們很喜歡這裡的早餐和飯店每日安排的活動，每週日的海邊電影很有意思，還有下午的happy hours,mojito 很好喝，下午的海灘很美，我們選擇了villa,但私人游泳池真的很小以及飯店人員並不熱衷於他們的工作，以五星級飯店來説在我眼裡是不及格的。

适合度假和甜蜜旅游，有车接送到查文和拉麦，酒店的餐厅不错

Nothing to complain, is perfect

Free shuttle bus only offer 2 out and 2 in per day. Not convenient for those not drive. Taxi in local is expensive. Hotel environment and service is very good. The pool sea view is fantastic. Only the wifi is not working.

The hotel is the best choice for family. The food & service are excellent. Location is good and easy to find. Highly recommend the hotel's breakfast. My kid loves the swimimg pools and the toys so much!
