Suitable for small budget people or people who want to save a little location from UD town. Room condition according to price. If the luxury is not recommended I sleep in a fan room. But please tell that it's not hot. Cool all day The building with the room is quite old, looks scary. Who is afraid of ghosts, it is not recommended. CCTV I haven't seen yet. The rear terrace can climb across the room. It seems not very safe. Wifi doesn't reach the room. I am very sad. In conclusion, this room is suitable for People are really financially limited. Price below 300
