The receptionist is lovely. We lost. The staff walked to pick up. The entrance to the hotel may be a bit isolated. If you come alone, there is a lift. The room is clean. There is also a hair dryer. There are bikes available. Impressed with the service We forgot the items that the route helped return. Thanks a lot

Welcome to River View Residence. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Our reception operates 24 hours to assist you at any time. Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid passport or Thai ID card, and a cash deposit of 1,000 THB per room is required. This deposit will be refunded at check-out. Please note that we do not offer on-site parking. For easy arrival, we recommend using "Baan Chimcha" as the taxi drop-off point via Google Maps. All guest rooms are air-conditioned, and the building is equipped with an elevator. River views are available in Exclusive rooms only. You are welcome to dine at our River Vibe Restaurant & Bar, located on the 8th and 9th floors, open daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms, but a designated smoking area is available outside. Pets are not allowed on the property. Poor breakfast 🥣 🥪 options. Room was hot. There is river view, but not worth for the price. Everything is very far from The accommodation 🚩. On Google maps it looks very near, but actually it will take approximately 30 minutes to reach ICONSIAM and other shops.

no parking Must be rented at the shrine A single drop of coffee wipes are fined 300 for washing. It is recommended to stay elsewhere.

Overall, the room is okay. But the parking lot is, you have to find it yourself. The entrance to the hotel is very narrow, quite scary, recommend to go during the day. The water flows less and the pipes are clogged.

The view is very good, but the hotel is a little dated. The room that I stayed in the air conditioner was broken in the middle of the night too, haha, but overall it was very good. The food was delicious.
