Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

I ask my guests to behave a s they would when they are at home, the place have a very relaxed atmosphere and everybody is friendly, I merely ask that my guests enjoy themselves, whilst respecting others at the same time.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the building/unit. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only and outside the building area.

Please note that daily price includes water. electric fee is 200 THB and is required upon check in , however if you open the AC and the doors at the same time we have to charge you for the overused electric on check-out by 10 baht/KW.

If you use AC for 24 hours a day, costs about 100 baht /day/AC, using a setting of 24 degrees and assuming hot weather outside.

A THB 3,000 damage deposit is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.

Cleaning fee 900 THB will collect upon arrival.
