Great value small hotel, very quiet, good wifi, friendly helpful staff, small pool. Bathroom a little tired (fix by re-grouting). 5 minute walk from the beach. Everything close by.

Very nice staff that also provided beach towels. About 300m to the beach. Pool was small but clean. Wifi was a bit spotty in the room but works perfectly at the reception.

This place is a magnificent value. I'd stay there again except I doubt I'll ever go back to Patong. Its just bar girls and ladyboys. I'd rather go to more relaxed area than this tourist trap.

A very affordable price and a good review made me and my backpacker friends finally decide to stay at this hotel, the spacious rooms and toilets exactly like in the photos are more value than this hotel but the hotel is not facilitated by lifts so it is quite difficult to go up and down stairs, access to Bangla Road and Patong Beach far to be accessed on foot, actually the hotel provides motorbike rental for only 200 baths.

I had most pleasant stay here for the whole 4D3N. They even provide free towel when customer want go to the beach. Very friendly staff and helpful. Just walking distance to Hard Rock, Patong beach and Bangla Road
