An impression beyond just staying is being cared for with genuine attention. 🤍 This trip is exceptional for us because my partner has a torn knee ligament, making it impossible for him to put weight on it, and he has to use a cane to walk. What impressed us from the very first step into the hotel was the attentiveness of all the staff. As soon as the staff saw that my partner was walking with a cane, they quickly coordinated and brought a wheelchair to assist, without us even having to ask. You could feel the genuine care that came from their sincere intentions, not just a duty to serve. Throughout our stay, all the staff took excellent care of us. Whether we went out and came back, they would always help us find the closest parking spot to minimize the walking for our partner. These small gestures made us feel that the hotel didn't just see us as "guests" but truly cared about the details and our convenience. As for the rooms and the hotel itself, I was very impressed as well. The hotel is beautifully designed, clean, and easy on the eyes. The atmosphere is lush, warm, and calm. Even though it is located on a narrow street, it still feels very private and relaxing. Importantly, it is very close to the beach, making it very convenient to walk there. Another thing that impressed me a lot was the breakfast, especially the Thai food. The taste was excellent and authentic, and there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from. It made me feel that the hotel pays as much attention to food as it does to service. But if you ask what impressed me the most... The answer is probably "all the employees." ❤️ Throughout our stay, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles and a genuine willingness to serve. Everyone seemed friendly, warm, and ready to help, making the time when my partner had walking limitations not feel as much of an obstacle as we had thought. Clean room and bathroom, decent amenities. Have pool at the entrance. Good location close to beach road with foods and convience stores and have atm access close to the hotel

It was satisfactory. Property is well kept and with modern decor. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
