The Astra Condo Chiang Mai

A cute little apartment that was close to everything. The Manager kept in contact with us to make sure our check in was easy.

Check in was very smooth. Good communication on what to do. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Every thing was in working order. Location was fantastic.

We had a lovely stay from checkin to check out. The host kept in touch and provided detailed step by step instructions for check-in as we were arriving after 6pm. We collected keys without incident. The apartment was clean and spacious with washing machine and rack to dry clothes which was a bonus. Lots of eating places around and the night bazaar/night market is just a 10 minute walk away with lots of eating places.

This is an amazing apartment for a long weekend in Chiang Mai, close to the outdoor markets and city centre. The guy was really responsive to my questions and queries.

First off the host was amazing, really nice guy but the room we got felt like a bait and switch, it looked almost nothing like the photos, or perhaps the photos were taken 10 years ago. The room was very outdated, stains on walls, floors were dingy, rug was pretty gross, wall paper peeling, awful smell in the room, the furniture needed replaced badly, the furniture was way past its life expectancy. The blinds in the bathroom were completely rusted out, stains on curtains. Location wasn’t really close to anything other than the night market (not the Sunday night market) but you can really only do that so many times. Aside from that, not much else near by. Old town is a 30 minute walk. The roof top pool is way smaller than it looks and it only has 8 chairs, there were so many people up there that people were just laying on the ground and the pool was full of people, not really a great amenity for the size of this complex. Additionally, the pool was super discolored, unsure if it’s supposed to look that way but it appeared dirty to us. The room needs to be updated or the listing needs new photos to accurately reflect its current condition so people know what they are renting. The price for this unit in comparison to others we rented in town is way higher for lesser quality. We really liked our host and hope that this honest review impacts a positive change.

The condo we stayed out was beautiful, spacious, and relaxing. The room facilities were clean, organized, & helpful for us travelers. There was an equiped kitchen, washing machine, separate bathtub & shower, a separate living space, & a balcony. Additionally, the roof had a gym & pool that overlooked the city. We would stay here again & highly recommend it to others.

I stayed 5 nights , the apartment is very clean , kitchen very good , wifi working well , bed is very comfortable . The location is great , walkable to old city and markets , the area is very safe , lots of restaurants around and supermarket is a short walk . The communication with the host was great , she answers right away and very helpful . There is a tour office and cafeteria in the first floor of the building which were also great. Highly recommended place

Frankly The Astra Condo was the best thing about Chiang Mai except maybe the Elephant Sanctuary. I really enjoyed the ability to come back to a Condo/Apartment, wash clothes and relax on the sofa. The Condo was well furnished, clean and quiet plus overall a good location to walk to most areas.

Amazing!! Excellent amenities, location, apartment, and customer service. Superb and attentive host. Everything was top tier and I highly recommend. The building is quiet and has 24 hour security. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and felt like home.

Great place to stay to enjoy downtown city

The host was very helpful and contacted me ahead of time with all the information I needed for an easy check in and also gave me details pertaining to the amenities in the building. I was also able to check in a bit earlier which I appreciated as I had to move from my hotel and check out time was at noon. I also appreciated that there was netflix available for lazy mornings and there was laundry detergent for the washing machine. The gym was good for a condo gym. The pool is nice although it was super busy every day so I never bothered to use it. There is a coffee shop in the main floor lobby as well and 711 just next door. The location is a close 9m walk to the night bazaar.

Nice apartment for any type of holiday in Chiangmai . Location is great as well easy access to anywhere in chiangmai.

Great location within walking distance of the night bazaar and only a 5 minute drive to the Old City. Great for access to food with stalls down the road and a 7/11 next door. Pool facilities and gym were great and host was very friendly.

The place was perfectly clean and nice! It’s not a hotel but they have people in the lobby willing to call a taxi and help with tours. The pool is beautiful to watch the sunset. The building has a nice coffee and snacks are, along with a spa. Its in a perfect location to walk to the night bizarre which you should do every night!! And Only a 15 min walk to old city. Was only 150 baht for the taxi from the airport. The host was very kind and reached out to us before our trip with information on how to get the key, and WiFi info. My only thing I wish was different is a few more towels. As it’s a condo there isn’t daily cleaning which I like but a clean towel would be nice or more than two in the room.

Great property - owner met us late to give keys. No soap in bathrooms. Nice decor. Slightly outside the core/old town but not far.

Very nice room, it is not a hotel room but the effort from the owner of making u feel like in a hotel is so wonderful. At the same time you feel home because there are facilities like washing machine n u can cook if u want😍😍.. I love the area , it is the same road with the Halal Street.. and night market u can either walk or just take tuk tuk to be there in minutes.

ナイトバザールにも徒歩圏内で行け、近に様々レストランがあって不便はなかった。設備も豪華で滞在も快適でした。又、チェンマイに来る時には、再び利用したいと思います。
