Untrained and seemingly unsupervised staff, furniture and furnishings that are shabby, worn or stained, poor quality food and the apparent absence of anyone running the place. A real shame, because the resort itself is beautiful and with a little effort could be so much better than it is.

We were there three nights and found everything shabby, worn or stained. Staff was friendly but seemed untrained and without supervision. Very few spoke any English at all. Quality of the food was poor. It was like no one was in charge, which is a shame because the property itself is beautiful and with a little effort the whole experience could be so much better.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Highly recommend. Gardens and surrounds are stunning and well maintained. Room 8s beautiful. Pool is nice. Staff are great. Easy walk/ride/tuk tuk to main part of Old Town and the historical park. Loved riding around the area. So much to see and lucky timing to experience sound and light show at park and candlelight procession at Wat Si Chom (right next to hotel grounds). Sukhothai is amazing. Thanks Anne for all your help. We had a lovely time at Legendha.

Beautifully designed and maintained property with excellent staff. Very comfortable rooms with more space then most other hotel rooms. Swimming pool for relaxing after visiting many historic places. Delicious brunch breakfast served in property restaurant was included with our reservation. Excellent dinner menu with live show.

Walking distance to the historical Sukhothai park, very friendly staff, keeping things as clean as possible. The facility is very lacking, especially the water system; you can smell the odor coming out of the toilet, and the shower pressure is very bad, also lacking in hot water. Legendha is a terrific place to stay to visit the Sukhothai old capital historic city. The resort itself is very beautiful with a stream and manicured gardens. Behind the resort is an old temple ruins from the era, which is a nice bonus. Rent a bike to ride the 1 km down the road, then leisurely see the magnificent ruins at your own pace.

While the staff was accommodating the hotel was poor. To say the room pictures on the website are deceiving is an understatement. The rooms are more than tired and the bathrooms are as well. The caulking around our sink and toilet had mold. I would never stay there again and I would advise travelers not to consider this hotel.
