Overall, it was okay, but some bathrooms had a bad smell, and the showerheads were old, the water pressure wasn't very good, and they couldn't be adjusted. It would be great if they were replaced with adjustable models. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom had stains all over the walls and floor, and the room was dirty. The trash can was messy. It wasn't worth the price of over 1300 baht. There was a musty smell in the room and bathroom, and the hallway leading to the room, inside the elevator, in front of the hotel, and in the elevator lobby also smelled musty.

It was incredibly dirty and unacceptable. The car noise was deafening, the air conditioning was loud, the towels were torn and still had traces of lipstick from the previous guest. There was no soap, only shampoo and conditioner, and they didn't bring any even though I asked for it.

There is no toothbrush or toothpaste like in the picture. There is no coffee, 2 bottles of water are provided. No shower cream or shampoo. There was only a small bar of soap. The room was good, clean, and the towels were a bit dull. It should have been used for a long time.

The staff in front of the hotel don't really care about anything. I see you only play on your mobile phone. The customer forgot to put something in the lobby. Didn't call to inform the customer, ignored until we called to ask. Let him come in and get it himself. Please help send me the postal mail. I just refused. Because we have to get on the plane. I don't have time to go back to school. I feel really bad. There was no service spirit at all, all 3 people sitting and using their mobile phones.
