The staff were friendly, but I asked to put my bag behind reception at 9 AM before checkout, and the lady said she would get her coworker to grab it (so I left it in the lobby). Three hours later, I came back, and it’s sitting exactly where I left it in a very busy lobby room. I was very unimpressed.

Suitable for short stays. The beds are hard, and the rooms are not soundproof. Not suitable for those who prefer quiet. You can hear the TV in the next room if it's loud, people walking around and talking, and doors slamming shut. I even got a room with a broken air conditioner swing, and the hotel just used foam to block it off! LOL. The room price is commensurate with the quality. The good thing is there's a 7-Eleven across the street and it's not far from Samli Intersection MRT station.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. There is a 7-Eleven opposite. However, the staff talked to each other while checking in customers. They stood around talking in an unprofessional manner. The lobby was not very clean. The floor was dusty. There were not enough hot water kettles and TV remotes in the room. We had to call to ask for them before they would deliver them.

It's true that we put in the wrong date. But we immediately called the hotel and asked if we could change the date or something. In conclusion, 700 baht was wasted by not staying. On days when you really have to run errands, you have to find a place to stay. I request a review like this because we did not use the service according to our rights.

The room is new but not very clean. Dust on the table and floor is visible. The air conditioner is cool and comfortable. There is a parking lot but if there are many cars, they will be parked in a double row. We left early and waited a long time for the staff to help move the car. The staff provided good service but did not smile much. Overall, it was okay.

ถือว่าโอเคสำหรับเราค่ะ ห้องพักราคาถูก หาวิน แท็กซี่ง่าย ตรงข้ามโรงแรมมีเซเว่น ดีหมดเลย เสียนิดเดียวตรงห้องน้ำมีกระจกกั้นระหว่างที่อาบน้ำกับโถส้วมแค่ครึ่งเดียว ไม่มีม่านกั้น และแคบไปหน่อย ถ้าคนตัวใหญ่ๆ อาจจะอึดอัด และถ้าอาบน้ำแรงๆ น้ำจะกระเด็นออกไปเยอะหน่อย แต่เอาจริงๆ ก็ไม่ได้เป็นปัญหาสำหรับเรา แค่กลัวจะลื่น

The hotel room has very basic amenities, such as a small fridge and in-room safe. It was okay, reasonably clean and comfortable. However, there was mold in the bathroom and we also spotted a large cockroach.
