Overall, the resort was in a great location and was well maintained. Great experience!

Merits: Marvelous location in the pinewoods close to the mountains. Small guest houses offering privacy. ATM machine close to the entrance to a nearby hotel. Good food. A small but agreeable spa area. Tennis court available. Points for improvement: Key point to address! Location potential is not optimally used, in my view. Venue in a beautiful, relaxing place out in nature. Suitable for quiet vacations for people looking for peaceful regeneration. Loud music (incl.pools, beach, spa area), noisy shows are out of place here. Interior details require cleaning - fittings/armatures, toilet paper holders, trash bins & other metallic parts both in the rooms and in public toilets everywhere. Aromatisation required for public zones. Toilet paper often lacking in the toilet close to the main canteen. & pool.Paper towels from cheap/thin paper. The 2 pools available are too small for the number of guests. Surrounded by extremely loud music. Impossible for us to use also due to sanitary concerns. Key basic information for the guests is lacking. Like reception or housekeeping phone number on room phone or in key folder. Or clear signs on the territory pointing direction to beach and spa. Info on yoga classes. Good if hotel could offer glass and china cups in cafes & bars. No carton cups please. Recyclable glass bottles for water & coolers instead of plastic. Emails and ebookers messages need to be replied, and promptly. Lacked offering of transportation arrangements.

Everything was great. The beaxh was limited abd small but the pools were awesome

Very quality hotel

Facilities in the hotel are very good. The room we stayed in was spacious. We had a family room. The bathroom was a bit worn but it’s fine. House keeping turns up every day but quality of clean varies depends on the cleaner. We didn’t go out of the resort but we saw lots of shops on route that are selling pool things like floats, buckets and spade and probably suncream.

Amazing location

Amazing vacation. Excellent staff, service, and facilities. Very family friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely book here again!

Its was a good experience but need few improvements like need a cattle in room for tea and most important Iron was missing even requesting several times it was not provided

Very nice pools - one just for kids with a water slide. Rooms are indeed very "basic". Ugly orange HARD futon. Prepare to walk quite a bit as the rooms are scattered over a large area. Excellent buffets, there is even a bakery where you can see the baker working. Fresh bread was awesome! Not a very large beach but adequate, sandy but with large rocks as you go out. There seemed to be a fair mix of families, couples, singles and older people. All in all I was very happy with everything.

Professional stuff. It is rare in Beldibi. Buffet is limited but extraordinary tasty. This is also rare in Beldibi. In house bakery for simit {turkiish bagels) :) Like it.

after reading the comments , i ve expected a medium service , gastronomy and a good ambiance , .. well the ambiance was good , for children and for adults , music choices are great , the location is fantastic , but that is all . rooms need to be renovated , food is catastrophic , how could a five star hotel present such a food , there was only salad and chicken .. in a total , not a bad experience
