Rooms were spotless, staff fantastic. Reception staff were fantastic as was the hotel manager especially when my feet were swollen and I asked about a Dr, the manager called a taxi and told me exactly which hospital to go to advised me to take passport and insurance information. I will be back again. Great location also and a varied fantastic breakfast, missing my fresh raw honey from the hive already. Sad to leave.

good location, close to all amenities in the center of old town; albeit a bit noisy on the sea-view side rooms; we were woken up at 6 am by the call to prayers; some decor of this renovated room still looks a bit dated. The gentleman at the reception was very nice and helpful; and he arranged a nice private tour for us to Side and Purge.

Location was great!!!! Overall it was good but the cleanliness in room was not the best nor at the breakfast. Under the bed...really bad as well the floor had not been washed as there were spots all over even after it was cleaned on day 3. In particular at the breakfast both coffee machines and area were a total disgrace. Nothing cleaned and staff just kept walking around not noticing (ignoring) that cleanup was needed. As a best western PLUS, it failed miserably....try to do better.

Little bit tired rooms and bathroom , location is good but because of central location live music continues until mid night if you have kids and if your room is first floors that live music is too loud.

Large beautiful Suite w/ a great view. Balcony. Clean, great bed. Good breakfast, excellent outdoor pool. Walkable to the touristy area, Marina. Right beside the Turkish shopping corridor as well. Very friendly and accommodating Staff…Very enjoyable stay in a great location.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to the Grand Bazaar and Kaleici. However there is a mosque right next door so expect to to woken up very early every morning. This hotel quite tired looking and is going through very significant renovation which I was not informed about when I booked it. The renovation work was quite disruptive although it was during the day as the workmen were using the main stairs and lifts to move building materials around. Also, the gym was closed for half of my stay and that was the main reason I chose this hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant.

I truly appreciate the attitude by the hotel manager who was kind enough to choose the right room for me during the check-in. The young people at the reception desk are outstanding — well trained, attentive, responsive to any need or request. I had some insignificant problems with electric lights in my room. The service was IMMEDIATE. The restaurant during breakfast offers a great variety of meals. People like Dene and Kibar there make you feel at home. PS. (The toilet seat in Room 809 definitely needs to be replaced).

I want to refund my money I tried to contact you but no possible way to get in touch with you I didn’t stay in the room more than 2 hrs and checked out Air conditioning is very hot Electricity cut off two times in two hour Bad smell in the room Room is not clean Bedding is very old

Hotel situated in a great location to visit the Old Town. Breakfast was nice. Booked a suite, which states Queen bed and single bed. Room looks tired, bathrooms look like they had been refurbished . It was a put you up bed, no top sheet, only a think heavy blanket. No complimentary tea or coffee. That said I went to reception and both the above was remedy straight away. Normally I don't have a problem with sleeping but the bed, was soft, had no support, so not the best night. But like I said overall the hotel was OK, friendly welcome on arrival

Compared to advertised pictures, the reality is different. Rooms look old and are small. The hotel is old, sorry but I couldn't feel the comfort of a 4 stars hotel at all. The breakfast is so limited and not tasty. I only spent one night there, that was enough. The only positive thing: the staff is nice. But that's not enough for a good stay.
