Excellent Experience – Even Better Than the Grand Hyatt Compared to our stay at the Grand Hyatt, this hotel exceeded all expectations and truly stood out as the better choice. The staff were absolutely wonderful—warm, helpful, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. We were upgraded to a premium room without any hassle, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Nişantaşı and Taksim Square, making it easy to explore the city. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul—whether you're traveling with family or on your own

The location is amazing the room is clean and big and the staff are so helpful

Had to wait long time for check in . We had an upgrade on the room. Had dinner at one of the restaurants. Server did not know the ingredients of the pizza. We also had to look around for the server if we needed something else. Overall stay was very good . I would recommend it and I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, with great storage of clothes, beautiful rooms, bathrooms and the spa is great. All staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is special. Walking distance to most areas. Very central Second stay and if I return to Istanbul this will be my hotel of choice again

The hotel’s central location in Taksim Square is its main strength, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. However, the overall experience was underwhelming for what is marketed as a five-star hotel. We stayed for 8 nights and received no complimentary services. Staff were generally unhelpful, with some at reception speaking limited English, making communication difficult. In-house services were poor and overpriced. While the stay was acceptable, the quality and service fell short of expectations—more in line with a 3-star hotel.
