Excellent Experience – Even Better Than the Grand Hyatt
Compared to our stay at the Grand Hyatt, this hotel exceeded all expectations and truly stood out as the better choice. The staff were absolutely wonderful—warm, helpful, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. We were upgraded to a premium room without any hassle, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The location is ideal, just a short distance from Nişantaşı and Taksim Square, making it easy to explore the city. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul—whether you're traveling with family or on your own

Had to wait long time for check in . We had an upgrade on the room. Had dinner at one of the restaurants. Server did not know the ingredients of the pizza. We also had to look around for the server if we needed something else. Overall stay was very good . I would recommend it and I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, with great storage of clothes, beautiful rooms, bathrooms and the spa is great.
All staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is special.
Walking distance to most areas. Very central

The service at this property is terrible. The staff and management know nothing about hospitality and guest comfort and convenience. The staff at the front desk have a chip on their shoulder and a terrible attitude. This property is comparable to a 4 star at the most but definitely not 5 stars. I wish I had known this before being fooled by the rating and booking my stay. If it was for the inconvenience I would have packed my bags and left by the second day. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
