I want to begin by saying that the hotel staff were truly wonderful. Hasan, Omer, Serve, and another receptionist whose name I regretfully forgot, were all incredibly kind and helpful. Their efforts to assist guests should be commended—they truly went above and beyond. However, my overall experience was ruined by what I consider blatantly false advertising. This hotel is not anywhere near the beach, and it most certainly does not have its own beach, as shown in the photos and described on Expedia. The misleading listing gave me the impression I’d be staying at a beachfront property—this was the main reason I booked it. Had I known the true location, I never would have chosen this hotel. I feel misled and disappointed, and I strongly believe I am entitled to a refund due to the false information. Travelers, please be warned: do not trust the photos and descriptions. I hope Expedia takes responsibility and removes or corrects this listing so others aren’t similarly misled.

Staffs are so good, very neat , easily accessible to city centre and all other services.

The only downside is the breakfast was very basic same option and no hot food. Other than that perfect location room and staff are excellent

Very accessible from the airport via tram for about €3-4 versus 23€ taxi ride. Centrally located near great shopping, historic sites, old town, waterfront and restaurants including an authentic Turkish restaurant right in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel located in Old Town. Breakfast could improve but overall we enjoyed our stay.

I spent a week here recovering from surgery so I spent most of my time in the hotel room. The staff are lovely, I cannot fault them at all so my review is purely on the room. The room was very small. I was not prepared for this. I had a window but the view wasn't pleasant. I'm guessing the bigger rooms on the other side had the better view. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I'm not sure if it's a common thing in turkey but you only get a thin blanket. I'm used to duvets and I need weight on me to be able to sleep so I ended up using the towels and pillows. The bathroom is very nice. My only issue is through the vent you can hear very clearly what's happening in the other room. The first few days they spoke Turkish so I didn't understand but then a young English speaking family stayed there and I heard every single word spoken. I could hear them on the toilet. It's like you're in the room with them. The TV wouldn't connect to the internet so luckily I brought my laptop to watch Netflix. Room service was good. It was hard to order because it was all in Turkish but I managed. The food was lovely. I'd say the staff is the reason I stayed. If not for them I would've cancelled and gone elsewhere.

This hotel was clean, accessible, seemed newer than others in the area. Wish the room was a little bigger but overall good. Staff didn’t engage much and was a little awkward.

Funky decor appearance, clean and tidy

Perfect location, very close to most of the attractions! We had a very comfortable stay; quiet and restful, with great service. Highly recommend, would come again.
