I want to begin by saying that the hotel staff were truly wonderful. Hasan, Omer, Serve, and another receptionist whose name I regretfully forgot, were all incredibly kind and helpful. Their efforts to assist guests should be commended—they truly went above and beyond. However, my overall experience was ruined by what I consider blatantly false advertising. This hotel is not anywhere near the beach, and it most certainly does not have its own beach, as shown in the photos and described on Expedia. The misleading listing gave me the impression I’d be staying at a beachfront property—this was the main reason I booked it. Had I known the true location, I never would have chosen this hotel. I feel misled and disappointed, and I strongly believe I am entitled to a refund due to the false information. Travelers, please be warned: do not trust the photos and descriptions. I hope Expedia takes responsibility and removes or corrects this listing so others aren’t similarly misled.

Great place to stay! Clean and tidy. Nice staff too!!

Otel kaleiçinde merkezi bir lokasyonda. Otopark müthiş bir sorun kesinlikle. Omun haricinde odaya ilk girdiğimizde yatakta saç ve kıllar vardı. Temizlik maalesef vasat. Cenaze nedeniyle konaklamamızı 1 gece erken bitirmek zorunda kaldık. Otel kalmayacağımız günün ücreti ödemeyeceğini belirtti. Sonuç olarak farklı yerleri değerlendirin, burayı değil.

The only downside is the breakfast was very basic same option and no hot food. Other than that perfect location room and staff are excellent

Very accessible from the airport via tram for about €3-4 versus 23€ taxi ride. Centrally located near great shopping, historic sites, old town, waterfront and restaurants including an authentic Turkish restaurant right in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel located in Old Town. Breakfast could improve but overall we enjoyed our stay.
