Grand Kaptan Hotel - All Inclusive

From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we knew we had made a great choice in selecting this hotel. The professionalism of the staff, the warm welcome at check-in, the guest relations manageress kindly showing us the facilities, the high class furnishings and the facilities all reaffirmed the reviews we had seen online. I could go on an on about the place, but if you're looking for a true 5* establishment with ultra all inclusive, a great location, top class cuisine and very comfortable beds, look no further. We stayed at this hotel 4 years ago. We were satisfied. We came again, but I regretted it. I am orthopedically disabled, I can walk with the support of a cane. At the entrance, my wife and I had to carry the suitcases from the reception to the room. They did not help us. Even though we bought a normal standard room, they found us very small. They placed him in room 468, where the diagonals meet, because there was a very strong smell in the room and the bathroom. The drinks were of good quality. The hotel is very old and needs to be renovated.

Terrible hotel, no Wi-Fi, very small rooms

Overall, it was alright. Air conditioning in common areas and cleanliness was very poor. Staff pleasant, but knew very little English which made it difficult to communicate.

The worst tail I ever been in my entire life dirty do not helpful Thursday when we checked in the body was fighting till middle of the night my kids they couldn’t sleep

Everything was good. Nice food, and the menu changes every day. Snack bar and pool bar are super! Almost all personal was friendly and nice. Highly recommend

In these difficult covid times grand kaptan made every effort to cater for out needs. The food was cooked fresh and the rooms were replenished and cleaned every day. Very good service from the staff. Covid safe enviroment

What I didn't like was I had to Pay for wifi, for the amount of money I paid to stay wifi should be available. The Beach was not very good need major update. Iver all hotel needs some upgrading to do. Staffs are nice and hard working. I was close enough to the city that I could walk to the central city. Overall it was pretty good.

Restaurant staff were great, reception were helpful, entertainment worked hard and were kind; it was very clean; had variety of food for every taste, had private beach and a nice beach bar- what I didn’t like was that it had a cockroach in one bathroom; also you had to pay for internet and you could only get one device per fee only in the room, lobby had free internet though but internet was not available anywhere else, the lift to the beach also only worked with a card given by a deposit. Cocktails were not of great quality as their Majito for example didn’t have mint and didn’t taste great. Tommy bar and restaurant is only 10 steps away and the staff, food and drink was amazing there. The rooms were not cleansed on time; sometimes about 4pm. In the restaurant cutleries were not placed on the table quickly but with some delay which was ok for us as we could get them. The beach was very clean and the water was clear; if you stood still for long however in the sea fishes would have bitten you. Overall, it was a pleasant experience; a lot to offer for a reasonable price at a great location

Excellent!! We had a great week off in this hotel and we couldn't be happier. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the beds are very comfortable and we appreciated the free minibar options. The sea view from the balcony was beautiful. All the personnel were really kind and helped us a lot. We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to check in at 8.30 because the room was free, and then we had the option to do a late checkout at 5pm for 95tl. There's some activities like darts, beach volley and bocha, but I really liked aquagym and the shows at night :D The beach is right there, you can get to it going under the road through a tunnel, and there were plenty of parasols and deck chairs. I had a lot of fun jumping from the pier! The beach is pebbley, and the rocks get super hot, so you can't really be without flipflops, and the way the water laps and the pebbles move, it's not a good place for long walks at the seaside. The pools are nice but we didn't spend much time in them except for aquagym and going down the slides (super fun too!) Something else I noticed: It seems very wheelchair friendly, from a chair lift to get into the pool, wheelchair for the beach, and lifts and ramps all over the place. The food was really good too, too many options for entrees, main dishes and desserts. Having said this, I don't think you'll be too happy if you're vegetarian or vegan, the veggie options were quite limited.

Goed georganiseerd hotel en hygienis. Eten is perfect en varierend. En natuurlijk goed inzet van het personeel.

Väldigt fräscht poolområde och trevligt med tunnel till stranden och en privat strand med en strandbar. Personalen var generellt väldigt trevlig och service minded och kunde generellt bra engelska. På rummet märktes det att hotellet har några år på nacken och vi saknade mjukare täcken och bäddmadrass på sängarna. Eluttagen var bara två i rummet och de var långt från sängarna.

Badkamer is erg oud, water is wel goed warm en veel waterdruk. Nieuwe matrassen op het bed. Het geheel maakt een wat ouderwetse indruk, maar wel goed schoon. We hadden onze handdoeken opgehangen, om nog een dagje te gebruiken, maar de schoonmaak nam alles mee en verving het door nieuw. Niet milieuvriendelijk, wel klantvriendelijk. De airco op de kamer werkte niet. We sliepen met de deur open maar dan hadden we last van het geluid van de muziekboxen van het terras. Het eten was voldoende en lekker, maar niet verrassend. De jongeman van de receptie was erg vrolijk en aardig.
