Renovation of the hotel is needed

The property was outdated and dirty !! The central air didn’t work in the room. I called the front desk couple times to tell them but no one came up.

A lovely foyer greeted you on entertaining the hotel. Quick and efficient check-in and English spoken by the staff. Asking for a different pillow and a light was quickly sorted out. Lots of different food and salads available for breakfast. Help given by staff greatly appreciated to sort out a problem. Can't fault them.

The staff was courteous but they gave us only 1 keycard which had to be removed when leaving. We were melting for 2 hours until the air cooled the room when we left the room & returned.

The booking showed that shuttle service was offered, no shuttle. The front desk was rude and short when i called with a question.

They had many elevators which was one of the nice points about it and it was in close proximity to my primary hotel the Ramada Plaza, and I basically stayed here for one night only to save my rooms at the Ramada nearby which became overbooked suddenly as I was renewing my reservation there. Was recommended to check Hotel Golden Way but its terrible in comparison. And most importantly to note, the hotel has a problem with possible mold and also very dirty air conditioner systems. My warning to anyone wishing to stay here is to stay away from the air conditioner and don't bother asking for help on how to start it either as the front desk will just rub you off and say its not the season to be using it and just open a window instead..... most stupidest response I have ever heard in my life..... they lock the thermal control pads on purpose. Breakfast was average at best. The hotel is not cheap also. There are plenty of other alternatives but I didnt have the time to search for one and just needed to pass one night only here until I could return back to the Ramada Plaza Istanbul.

Staff can be rude sometimes but not all of them. Overall ok,

Nice hotel and staff with good breakfast. House keeping and room servie were excellent. Free parking and WiFi. The fitness center and sauna very good. Excellent receptionist and could speak english flowentelly. The disappointed things were no indoor swimming pool, and faraway from city center.

We travelled for the reason of a wedding the venue of which was not far from this hotel. Perfect for travelling by car as it has organized covered garage. We would like to thank the management as this hotel was very well run. The rooms are clean and tidy. We found services at very high level. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are big and nice. Breakfast had great variety of fruit and healthy staff like tahan, 9 sorts of olives, 3 types of honey and many sorts of cheese. However note they do not offer much meat as accustomed in Europe. Staff is very polite. Special greetings to Sevda at reception. The area looks safe and nice and not in the center, which is a big plus for parking but no cafes, markets, esp at evening.

Great value for this price though nothing to do in the evening.

Going to Turkey must be close to sultanahmad centre otherwise spending money on taxis and guess what ...!! Taxis drivers at night trick you and drive you around to steal your money Hotel is far from sultan Ahmad and by taxi you need 50$ back and forth minimum everyday

On est déçu de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout est vieillot. La propreté laisse à désirer, moisissure dans la cabine de douche . Impossible de régler la température de la climatisation, il faisait trop chaud . Odeur persistante de tabac quand les voisins fument dans leur chambre. La qualité du petit déjeuner est horrible (thé, charcuterie, fromage, café soluble…).
