Hotel Ickale

Needs renovation and maintenance.

The rooms have outdated furniture, and the air conditioning was not working properly. The staff did their best to fix the issue, but unfortunately it was not resolved. The shower had very low water pressure, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. Parking was also quite challenging, especially if the valet staff were not available outside. Additionally, their breakfast lacks variety and the quality of the food is comparable to that of two- or three-star hotels at best. Staff were helpful to the maximum.

This hotel is only 15 min walk into the heart of kızlıay we’re there is full shopping restaurants etc . The hotel has an old classic look the rooms are nice and big with very comfortable bedding and pillows . There is a cafe down stairs for coffe and tea. I would definitely be coming back to this very handy hotel .

The phone was not working to call the front desk. We had to go down to the lobby for any matter. Very less English speaking of staff. No service concern.

Helpful staff, clean, good location for railway station

Cleam room, good food, and nice areas to enjoy and gather. Also, the workers are so helpful.

In hotel there was no iron, room was average and so furniture. But it was 15 minutes walk distance from main monument

Everything is wonderful, the staff was so helpful and so professional. We enjoyed our stay, the room and hotel was very clean. It was in a great location and offered a lot of amenities. Would definitely like to stay here again for a longer time. Thank you so much for making us enjoy our stay.

This is a charming hotel. We stayed in the suit room as a family, it was spacious and comfortable. We had a plate of fruit left by the hotel manager, which was a lovely touch. Perhaps the hotel is getting a little old at places, but that didn’t bother us. We normally stay at more modern hotels and we really like the old fashioned charm of this hotel. The rooms have balconies with a stunning view of the Anitkabir, the key monument in the city. Central location, easy to get to on the metro.

Everything was good, staff was nice , room was quite and clean . The only bad thing was the air conditioner was bad and not sufficient.

It was good overall However, the breakfast's hot items were not so good. They seemed so stale

95% of staff very good, professional, and friendly, especially in restaurant for breakfast, cleaning crews, front door staff, security people, and front desk. There were some businesses in the neighborhood inappropriate for a family oriented hotel, but staff were very supportive about that subject, and hotel existed there way before those other businesses came to neighborhood. I also did not like the fact that management did not let us to leave earlier when our job was done. We had to pay for two weeks of reservation in advance, but when we were finished with our affairs, they did not want to pay back if we left earlier. Location was very good, just ten minutes walk to the center of everything. Overall it was not a bad experience. Thanks
