Oran Hotel

When we made the reservation, it was clearly stated that parking was included (50 TL per day). However, upon arrival, there was no parking available at all. The staff didn’t offer any solution or apology, and we had to use a nearby private parking lot that cost 50 EUR per day — nearly ten times more. This was very disappointing and felt misleading. The breakfast was also below expectations, with a very limited selection and poor quality. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean and the location was excellent, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. However, due to the parking issue and breakfast, I would not stay here again.

Everyone was excellent. The worker at the restaurant, Leyla, was amazing. The concierges, Ferhat and Abdullah, provided first class service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, quite and near to metro and tram way stations in addition to this it is in very good location lalali where every thing is available. The staff is very good

We accidently double booked the same hotel, they would not refund due to cancellation policy. And when we requested a 5pm check out they also refused even though we paid for an extra room for 3 nights which we did not use :( . Also they put one bath towel for a 3 person booking

The hotel is close approximately to all important and attractive places i wanted to visit. They had very nice staff and service

Staff never picked me up from airport has agreed through Expedia and also double confirmed with me by email my flight time arrival and so on . After feeling stranded I was helped by airport staff to get a private car to airport . When ask manager at arrival he looked at the sticky note regarding my name and pick up but then say I can it here but I don’t know y they didn’t pick you up . I will let you know he saw me every day and said not a words , we would say And short chit chat but he never mentioned. 2ndly bath was more like a washtub not a full-size bathtub however shower was good fantastic pressure and perfect hot water gage as desired. I needed to change location closer to my hospital I was going to have op in But the refuse to refund me two nights I wouldn’t be there. I was also charged for an expired sprite date the 5/7/2018 that I left the full can there for evidence after a sip of the drink was how I enquirer after its date . I was still charge they say because I opened it . Charg was 6 times the cost for a can elsewhere

I stsayed 5 days in this hotel. They have a travel agency on ground floor. They have 2 restaurants. They have a sauna but it wasn't working they we repairing it. They have a swimming pool to. They give you slippers. They don't have an iron to lend guests. I like their breakfast it's on the top floor. The front desk people speak good english. I will stay here again highly recommended

Lovely, polite and helpful staff. They made us feel very welcome and helped with directions, they also resolved any problems we had. Ridvan and co were excellent in helping and very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean when we checked in. Housekeeping on the remainder of the time was very poor. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Tea and coffee sachets not replaced daily.

I have been staying in this hotel for more than 4 years and this year I felt they have better hotel Managment

This lovely little boutique hotel is about 3 blocks off a main thoroughfare. Just far enough to be insulated from the noise yet close enough to walk. It's up a small hill but the climb isn't strenuous. The hotel is more European than American. That is, the rooms and public spaces are compact.

I loved the place cause the personnel are very nice, they would always help you with a lovely smile and they are very polite. The rooms are clean and large. It is next to the laleli metro station and tramway.

Best location within walking distance of metro and light rail , great breakfast
