Amazing place, foods amazing, so many choice, nice drinks specially zomm bar and 18 beach bar. People friendly and nice customer service

Food was always great, lots of choice in the week, bed and room comfortable the only thing was the noise till 1am from the beach club, staff are great so hard working and the place is clean. On door step to land of legends and Belek, if anything is wrong they always fix it quickly, doctors on site was also very helpful

Great hotel with amazing staff. They made sure we have everything we need and accommodated all requests. Location is perfect so is the food, the whole family had a great time. Mr suleyman made sure we have everything we needed, we will come back

Lovely hotel with fantastic food and great, friendly service. The hotel is in a great location if you want a peaceful getaway. There isn't a huge amount of nightlife if you're looking to party but plenty to do during the day and lots of nice people. The hotel was incredibly clean and I felt safe from a COVID perspective at all times! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Rooms were ok. Small balcony. Pools were great. Some restaurants weren't open as should've been as were winding down for season. Staff were a little despondent, not the friendliest. Wouldn't book again

Nice hotel and great kids activities. Great shows and one would not feel the need to leave hotel for anything as it has a lot to offer

Beautiful resort, excelent food, the only complain is that the people working there are not friendly and nice.

The buildings look nice and the architecture is thoughtful. But there is no customer service. They damaged our luggage, had no security cameras at all, and lied to us many times. The food was repetitive, repetitive, repetitive. There is no western foods, just turkish stuff at the buffet. The pasta was tasteless, no salt at all. I told the chef that the pasta needs at least some salt in the water or in the sauce, he laughed at me. The staff doesn't know any english. Simple things like ordering, or telling what you want in your drink, becomes a bit or miss. Guest services told us we are entitled to go only 1 time at restaurants alla carte. We had 19 meals at hebse repetitive buffet. The last day we found that guest services had lied to us, other guests went 2 times at the restaurants. Lying and misinforming guests was normal. Nobody apologized, they said all restaurants were booked already, so we couldn't go a 2nd time. We spent $200 in parasailing and banana rides. The guy took some pictures of us, and asked another $60 to give us our pictures. This hotel is out of every decency of a 5 star hotel. No service, miscommunication, no security, no cameras, no peaceful sleeping from the loud music of a nearby hotel, no friendliness, no variations in food. For a 10 day stay, you will eat the same dishes for 18 times at least. And both the managers and guest services lied to our face many times.

Air conditioner is not working , we couldn't sleep . I will not comeback

We stay for for 1 night , we had 2 superior rooms , the Air conditioning system it not working , it was horrible night , we couldn't sleep. The air conditioner is old system , and the problem was in 2 rooms . I payed about 600 $ for both rooms , It wasn't worth it .

Great facilities, food, enterntainment, nightly theatrical performances. Very relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend, especially to families.
