Park Royal Hotel

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever sat foot in. The Turkish tourism board must have been bribed to give this hotel a license to operate. We were given the room key for 403 and went to the room to unpack before heading out. As soon as we walked in the room and saw all the hair, food waste and general dirt on the floor we knew it had not been cleared for years. Looking further at the room the bedding had large holes in it and when I looked under the sheets one of the beds has a pubic hair on the sheet. The skirting board were full of dust clumps and food pieces. The carpets were covered in stains and burn marks. You couldn’t see out the window as it was so dirty. We went straight back to reception and told them we were checking out. When the manager asked why and we said it was because the place was so dirty, he just said ok and offered no further conversation, apology or anything. As we prepaid for this hotel there was no chance of a refund I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BOOKS THIS

Hotel needs urgent renovation

Clean room , good location , kind stuff and nice breakfast

I booked the room from Hotel website with a price of 35 TL per night. When I arrived to the hotel they told me that the price is not correct and the real price is 35 Euro and they cut 116 TL from me. How could you say it is 35 TL and then the hotel say 116 TL. This is the worth experience I ever had in online reservations. I would never use your website to search for hotels.

Otel yeni tadilat görmüş galiba birçok şey yenilenmiş temiz ve konforlu bir konaklama geçirdim personel güleryüzü ve ilgiliydi açık büfe kahvaltı standartların çok üstünde .

Son derece bakimsiz bir otel. Ayrıca sular uzun müddet kesikti. Tuvaleti kullanmakta ve duş yapmakta sıkıntı çektim.

Kasım ayında 2 kisilik odada 2 gece konakladik. Burada sigara içilmeyen odayı tercih etmiş olmamıza rağmen sigara içilen odayı verdiler. Oda çok pisti masanın ve yatakların üzeri tozluydu. Banyo girilebilecek gibi değildi. Koydukları bardaklar önceden kullanılmış ve bırakılmış gibiydi. Odaya caddeden çok fazla trafik sesi geliyordu. En üst kattaki odalara su çıkmama problemi varmış resepsiyonda bir müsteri de bu konuda şikayette bulunuyordu. Bu fiyata kalabileceğiniz çok daha güzel oteller mevcut tercih etmeyin.

Ok hotel, men dåligt välkomnande (inget) utan de frågade bara om passet. Likaså var rummet ok. Rent, men med en smutsig ofräsch heltäckningsmatta. Tv:n fungerade inte heller. Frukosten var väldigt enkel/spartansk, med bara vitt bröd, kalla överkokta ägg. Ingen juice eller frukt, ingen youghurt, musli och inget varmt (som äggröra mm). Betyg 3 totalt.

Konum olarak mukemmel , kahvaltısı güzel , temiz gecireceğiniz bir haftasonu oteli

Özellikle eski Adana diyebileceğimiz Büyüksaat ve Kazancılar çarşısına yakınlığı tam merkezde olması sebebi ile her yere hızlıca ulaşabildik. Güleryüzlü hizmet ve fiyat performans olarak çok güzrl bir denge sunması da cabası. Teşekkürler

Park Royal Otel Adanada ki en iyi şeylerden biriydi.Çalışanların ilgisi,temizlıği ve merkezi konumu ile övgüye değer.Güzel kahvaltısının mutlulukla ilgisi olmalı..

Am besten hat uns das Frühstücks buffet beeindruckt. Sehr viel Auswahl. Toller Service, sauber und sehr höflich. immer wieder gerne.

Ich war dort für zwei Nächte. Besonders geschätzt habe ich: kostenloser Parkservice, Schönes Frühstücksbuffet und professionelle Bedienung, Lage im Herzen der Stadt.

Adana ist eine Reise wert und dieses Hotel ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt kennen zu lernen. Besonders interessant sind auch die vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für die unterschiedlichsten Ansprüche. Über den historischen Hitergrund der gesamten Region braicht man ja nicht noch zu sprechen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an einer Hauptstraße, an der wohl die meisten größeren Hotels von Adana liegen. Unser Zimmer war aber ruhig nach hinten heraus, mit Blick auf das schöne Ethnographische Museum samt Außenanlage. Alles war ok, am Sonntag auch das Frühstück. Nur am Abreisetag (Montag, morgens 7.00 Uhr) war es etwas spartanischer. Sehr freundliches Personal, spricht etwas Englisch. Wir hatten Glück, weil gerade der Chef da war, der in der Schweiz studiert hat und perfekt Deutsch spricht. Er vermittelte uns in dem touristisch nicht sehr erschlossenen Adana einen Taxifahrer, der als Kind in Deutschland gelebt hat und sich ganz gut auf Deutsch verständigen konnte. Er heißt Kenan. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Vom Flughafen aus ist es schnell mit dem Dolmus zu erreichen, den man nach ca.2 Minuten erreicht und der direkt vor dem Hotel hält. Maximal 10 Minuten,ca 1 EURO pro Person.
