The staff were very good. The room was not as clean as it should have been. The bathroom was clean but the living area was not. Stains on tables, hair under the bed and bits of paper on the floor. The food in the restaurant tasted terrific but made me quite ill for the remainder of the morning. The hotel was very apologetic and as noted staff were nice. The pool was not available and was outdoor only when open. The hotel was not good value for money.

Good hotel, but quite far from Istanbul airport. I should have booked my flight from Sabiha. Good location if you want to stay in the Asian part. Dont use it if you plan visit to European side
