The staff were very good. The room was not as clean as it should have been. The bathroom was clean but the living area was not. Stains on tables, hair under the bed and bits of paper on the floor. The food in the restaurant tasted terrific but made me quite ill for the remainder of the morning. The hotel was very apologetic and as noted staff were nice. The pool was not available and was outdoor only when open. The hotel was not good value for money.

Price x benefits - almost £150 and a horrible experience - staff barely speak English - the spa staff absolutely bonkers - rude - don’t have a Jalisco and remember you are £150 on turkey what is a lot of money - never again

Room was ok. The problem is with the guests. The hotel is like a hospital filled with patients who are attending breakfasts with surgical bandages. Breakfast hall smells medicine and not hygienic. Smell of weed was evident in elevators, possibly gör pain management. It was clear that this hotel had some agreement with the nearby hair implantation clinics but this is a desirable situation for regular visitors like us. Separation of medically treated guests and the breakfast/dinner hall is necessary to maintain their brand quality

Ran out of toilet paper two times. Wouldn't give me extra water bottles. The buffet breakfast and room service food is just horrible. Most workers were nice but I wouldn't recommend ever staying here

Breakfast was delicious. I’ve stayed here a few times however, this time was the first time they actually started taking plates off of the tables while people were still eating, which I thought was a little bit impolite Simply because the clock struck 1030. I understand taking away the buffets but to take away individual people’s plate simply because it’s 1030. I thought was not very classy.
