Ring Downtown Hotel

Hotel was good, surrounded with shopping stores and resturant, about 15 min walking distances to Markantalya mall, about 10 minutes walking distance to old marina view.

Very good property with nice attentive staff, great food and lovely quiet.

The staff were lovely and tried their best to be helpful - but the rooms were simply not comfortable. First room on 6th floor smelled of cigarettes so they moved us to the 8th floor - no AC in corridor and AC in the room took more than 3 hours to barely cool the room. Fridge didn't work and bathroom had strong sweage smell at night. No bed sheets (only fitted sheet on mattress), blanket was very rough and towels were very rough, thin and old.

Had a great stay at Ring Downtown Hotel in Antalya! The location is perfect — close to everything. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel is centrally located and close to everywhere. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice with plenty of food options. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would like to thank the receptionist Muhammed who assisted me during check-in; he was very helpful and took great care of my concerns.

I have stayed 2 days but i have to say that hotel was spotless.Room was bigger then i expected.Staff were very friendly.I have had little conversation with Ms Hafize,She was very helpfull.Thank you very much to all staff.

The Ring Downtown Hotel was an amazing experience, great value for money and lovely staff who are ready to help. I have to say the delicious breakfast buffet made getting up easy. Hafize one of the staff members was so helpful and let us keep our luggage as we had some time till our flight. The location is perfect and I would deffo recommend.

The best hotel with centre city.

A nice and comfortable hotel in the center. Mr. Mahmut welcomed us at the entrance. We were satisfied with our stay.

For a 4 start hotel I have seen and stayed at much better hotels. I wouldn’t rate it 4 stars possibly 3-3.5 stars. Pictures and in person is different. Cleanliness was an issue. Light switches were sticky when using the lights. Under the bed was really dusty and dirty. Towels had some stains. Cigarette smells would travel through the air ducts. Lighting in the room could be much better. The lighting is quite dark. Bathroom light was much brighter. Kettle in the room was dirty. In terms of house keeping we had to request in person for a room clean even though we had the cleaning sign on the door handle. Breakfast variety is quite limited and the same was not really enjoyable. But hotel was in a good location 20 minutes drive from Antalya Airport. Close to shops, restaurants and shopping centre. You could walk to places.

The bathroom, towels, sheets were perfect, we even needed extra towels, we asked Mr. Mahmut and she helped, the toiletries were of good quality and smelled nice, thank you

There are beautiful places to visit within walking distance. If you want to see more, Mr. Mahmut at the reception will help you with the tour. It was a very nice holiday experience for us.

The room was as it was on the website, spacious and comfortable, Mr Mahmut is a hard worker, the breakfast was delicious and wonderful.

It is a facility right on the roadside in the center, but I think the room insulation is quite good, there is no noise inside and we would like to express our gratitude to Mahmuta and Ring Downtown for helping us have the best holiday possible 🤗

When we look at the room and general environment, everywhere is spotlessly clean and shiny. Mahmut and the other employees are also very tidy and clean in terms of clothing. This is very nice when welcoming guests.

We stayed here for 1 night because our flight time changed. Although we came without a reservation and the hotel was full, Mr. Mahmut did not disappoint us and helped us in some way. Thank you very much.

We came here from another five star hotel, trusting the comments. I wish we had come here before. Mr. Mahmut does his job very well. The hotel is very nice. What more can I say?

The room is not clean. Bed sheet is not clean. There is no sound insulation. There is a huge gap under the door of guest room and you can hear everything in the hallway & from next door room. Even 2:30am at night you can hear people talking…. Very noisy… Lift is tiny. Fit 3 people only. Where there is huge group of people arriving hotel, the waiting time is unlimited.
