The service, amenities and food were great!

The facilities are outstanding and their cleaning staff is doing an awesome job in keep everything spotless clean at all times. The food is also very good specially the concepts they have established where u always have buffets and different high quality restaurants at your disposal all over the place. The bars make quite decent cocktails. The main problem are the employees with direct contact with guests i.e. reception, guest relations and animators. The vast majority of them speak no english but russian. We had 2 very disgusting situations where we were about to do an early checkout because of what happened. A) i joined a meditation class and the teacher asked at the beginning -„who doesnt speak russian ?“ a couple of guys and me raised the hand, she said-„the class will be in russian.“ b) the 2nd experience was when my little son asked me to bring him to a handcraft workshop To our surprise and of some other international families the kids‘ animator went straight to talk to the kids in russian, she didn’t even dare to ask. I replied energically . „ in English please“ Then as she couldnt speak english she called another colleague and said“ what is the problem you cant mimic what she is doing?“ This hotel treats non russian guests as 2nd plate, reason why they only hire russian employees to take care of the kids. 2)The animation team is poor they have lots of activities but they dont promote them. 3) Guest relations ping ponged me with reception as none spoke EN

The food was great, so much choice and every day international cuisine. Fun holiday catering for everyone. Lovely staff, friendly. Beautiful hotel for people who love photographing nature. Every day is a party, no need to go outside resort, too good.

stunning resort with plenty of options for fitness fanatics - enjoyed the gym and tennis, very helpful staff especially Angelina who is extremely kind and runs an amazing yoga class in the most tranquil setting. Also Marina in guest relations, so kind and helpful in resolving my problem with towel cards!

The property is gorgeous! Garden is well taken care of; food is good, not a big variety but always fresh; they have 24/7 beautiful restaurant with full service when you get tired of running with plates in buffet; yoga, water aerobics and beach activities are fun; give a try to water sports on the beach, Olga will guide you with the weather conditions and best options for you. Night shows and events are amazing, very impressive for Turkey, Las Vegas style. The best part is kids club, they offer many activities for kids and take care of them while you can relax on the beach, kids club open till 12am, every night they run disco and show for kids. We had an issue with service in one of the Ala Carte restaurant, but the main restaurant manager took care of it in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend this gem spot for tourists to have

Really enjoyed the whole experience, lovely grounds and pool areas.

The gardens are absolutely unique. They would win the prize for best kept gardens in a hotel for sure. Food was also excellent. Swimming pools were huge - including a 25 meters lap pool, but also a 40 meter diagonal in one of the other pools - a pleasure to swim in. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly. We stayed in a garden bungalow - very spacious, clean, if a bit dated. Personally, I would change the rather drab colored curtains. The large open areas were very pleasant to relax in.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean and tidy and the staff there work very hard to make your experience the best it could be. The animation team were amazing as they made sure people got involved in things. This hotel is very family orientated which leaves little for adults to do in evening. The shows are all done by the animation team and they are all professionals. They are kind and they made our holiday.

Overall very impressed. We’re a big family and they easily accommodated us in a nice size joining room. Checkin was simple and quick. Staff was always very pleasant throughout the entire place. The place is very nice and huge in size. So much to do for adults and kids. Besides the pool and water slides, kids and I enjoyed golfing, and archery. Food was tasty and always a lot of variety. Definitely amazing and recommended. The furniture is a bit old but still comfy. Tv definitely needs to be updated; the rooms had very small TVs. Most time was spent out of the room so tv didn’t matter as much. Anyhow, we would definitely look to come again.

Room was extremely spacious clean and friendly staff throughout resort

it's 50 min from the airport of Antalay. the food is the same in lunch and dinner and there is no various kinds (not suitable for people who is looking for delicious food). the cleaning in the room is very bad, everyday i was calling to ask for towels and re cleaning. the reception girls were not kind they looked our room, safe and telephone connection cause we have dept from the first day. not recommended for long holiday and children.

A very quick weekend visit to race 70.3 Turkey. I only ate 3-4 meals due arrival and check out but it was ok. I never used any facilities.I did get questioned by staff as I made my way back from the beach to query if I was staying there. There are no wrist bands to indicate.

Pluses: green nice territory, nice beach area with comfortable like sofa beds, hammaks, and normal sunbeds. Minuses: service is low, food is not good - poor choice of seasonal fruits, poor quality of main dishes. A lot of smoking people ( even in main restoring outside tables are for smoking people and just really small area for non smoking) it's strange cause mostly families with children coming this hotel. We had room in bungalow - old furniture, high humidity, smelling old and wet.

a beautiful hotel , great service, breath taking sights and special beach. the entertainment team was excellent, my doughter loved the kids club, Natalia & Ezabel are so so sweet to the kids. Sabreina; what a sweet person always smiling & kind to the gest. we had everything that we need! it realy was one of the best vacations we had.

the food and the drinks were terrible.All of them was very low quality.

spent 4 nights at thus awesome resort bout 30min drive from analysis. the hotel section is fairly new compared to the bungalows. alot of activities and evening entertainment. the all inclusive option is a must. great selection of meals. will definitely stay der again.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. Overall condition of the hotel is a bit older than what it appears in pictures, the service was good but not excellent, same goes for food, but it was still lovely. We came in a busy season and the hotel was full but nevertheless there were always enough chairs by the pool or at the beach, which is rear for such hotels. I also liked little things like bright patio chairs in the garden, swinging hammocks, small but quiet adults-only relaxing pool and a fishing spot by the bridge (a cat was always waiting there for the next catch to be shared with him). These things make it a special place. I would recommend it for a quiet getaway.

I spent with my wife and 2 kids only 5 days but next time we would like to spend 15 days, every thing was perfect, all the stuff, the extra clean sandy beach, pools, animation team, and the food all are perfect, i advice this resort for families.
