What a fabulous hotel… All Inclusive, plenty of food options with great variety, spacious, and very clean. They take very good care of the hotel and all the facilities offered. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel had great night events, including one night with a DJ and alien out of this world decorations, which were enjoyed by all ages. They make you feel very comfortable. Easy to get around from the hotel, taxis are available outside the front of the hotel and can get you into Kusadasi in 10 minutes. Will definitely book again.

We were impressed with this hotel. Rooms are spacious and well equipped as per website. Meals are buffet style and there is wide choice in the all inclusive package. The staff were all very helpful and the waiters in particular were friendly and offered every assistance. The location is attractive being on one end of a long sandy beach. Views stretch out over the attractive bay over the Aegean to Samos. And, with a dolmus stop right outside, so getting to nearby towns was cheap. Beach is narrow but the sea is very clean and clear. The beach shelves gradually so it is super for swimming, even for small children. Minor gripe for us would be the fact that smoking is allowed in open air restaurants - not inside. That is a british thing though. Many guests were Turkish or east europeans who smoke.

Communication before the booking was very poor through messaging in the hotels.com app and over the phone. I called for five times and was left on hold between getting passed around between different staff that couldn’t speak English. My parents enjoyed their stay but felt they weren’t given an actual sea view room despite paying for it. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t rate this a dive star hotel experience.

Family friendly resort. A lot of good food. Perfect sea view and many swimming pools. Live music and activities until midnight close to local market and port. We had a good time. But, Front desk not as Professional As I was expecting for 5 star hotel.

I chose this hotel due to its beautiful beach, but I was really disappointed with the service quality. The most of the staff work long hours and the food was absolutely terrible for the price. They use the worst quality ingredients which is not acceptable for the price they charge. Also, they only gave 1 key for even big families, so you have to constantly plan for going to your room with the rest of your group. Lastly, you can only get fresh pool towels in a 2 hour time frame per day, if you miss that, you simply have to use your old dirty towel.

I never will back there. though this hotel is in a good location and big area, but staff are terrible and not friendly (even in some case they were rude). I have many problem to communication with them even reception was not able to speak English. there were no entertaining programs. All restaurant where closed. Finally, I wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tusan is a beautiful hotel with a great location. The front desk managers are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hotel was completely full and a little hectic when we were there but that's something out of the hotel's control, and they were managing everything nicely. Overall, great facilities with fantastic entertainment, we recommend 100%!

We were really pleased with this hotel. It has a resort feel, away from the main town, is all-inclusive and has several wonderful swimming pools. The service was very good, more than we expected, good entertainment in the evening and lots to do for children with their own adventure water play area set separately away from the main pools. It is a large hotel, but never felt overcrowded, even though we went high season. Beautiful massive covered veranda overlooking the sea, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. The rooms are modern and comfortable, flat screen tv, zircon and shower room, and all rooms seem to have sea views. The staff were all really helpful. There are a number of shops on site, and a hairdresser. The communal areas are large and modern, and it takes a few days to discover all the areas of the hotel, so there is a lot to offer. We were glad to note the many different nationalities holidaying at the hotel. There is a marvellous hammam/spa on site. Overall, a lovely hotel with a real resort feel, and plenty of variety for all tastes.

I have never rated a hotel but this hotel was so bad I don't want others to have the same experience. unless they offer the stay for the price you can't say no to don't book the hotel. such a beautiful location and hotel but customer service at every level I interacted was bad and rude in most cases.
