Sitenizden rezervasyon yaptım yıldız otel yer olmadığını rezervasyonu iptal ettirmem gerektiğini söylediler.Müşteri temsilciniz yardımcı oldu ama sizin gibi kurumsal bir firmaya yapılan bu şey hoş değil hotels olarak sizi seviyoruz bu tür şeylerin yaşanmasını uygun bulmuyorum
