The Savoy Jersey

Stay was ok. Unfortunately we had a cockroach in our room -twice Service at breakfast was slow and a bit haphazard Never enough eggs, often fruit an yogurt ran out and we had to wait No spare cutlery, I used the same knife to eat my cooked breakfast and then put marmalade on my toast! Table was not cleaned and we were having to push aside dirty plates Staff were very pleasant but the service was not good I would not return to the hotel or recommend it to anybody

Clean. Decent gym for a hotel. Room big enough Friendly helpful staff. Curtains to actually block light hiding behind the decorative curtains. Bath with shower rather than walk in shower, less agile people may need to book the disabled rooms.

This was a poor to okay stay for a local BNB but very poor for a hotel with the Savoy name. The first room we were given was directly above the event hall, leading to loud booming sounds and very loud music. Only after complaining did we get another room. This shouldn’t even happen in my opinion, that room should be just kept as a storeroom. The next room given was much quieter but not easily accessible at all, it was a maze and not at all accessibility friendly or luggage friendly. The rooms were very old and outdated, old wooden furniture and carpets that hadn’t been cleaned and dust hung in the air. Also, the corridors smelt of cigarette smoke, not pleasant at all. Think 80s bnb. The breakfast was okay, nothing special and again not worthy of the Savoy name. The pool is outdoors and not heated, which is unusable pretty much all year round in Jersey. Overall this needs a HUGE renovation and uplift.

During our stay there was a private party which very loud music was played throughout the day into the night. We were not advised by the hotel staff or any apology was given. This made our stay disappointing.

Good location to town centre . Great entertainment on the Friday . Good food

A very nice stay at Savoy for 3 nights. Recommend the jacuzzi room option

great place to stay

10 minute stroll into St Helier centre. Decent hotel with excellent restaurant and great service plus jazz on Friday evenings. Our room was OK but a bit tired. Some of the glazing panels in the windows were steamed up and the en suite could do with upgrading. There was a fridge and tea making facilities both of which were welcome. But we enjoyed our week there and would definitely recommend it.

This was my second time staying at the Savoy found all aspects of my stay to be excellent both times. I found all the staff to be extremely helpful and attentive to my needs and I hope stay there again on my next stay in Jersey

Hotel was excellent, clean, amazing food, extremely helpful and friendly staff.

This was literally one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in! I enjoyed my week (for work) here. It was not the best location for town centre or beach, but it was quiet and just a short walk to both (when I stayed in the Royal Yacht previously my room was opposite a busy late night kebab shop)

My room was beautifully cleaned, the rest of the hotel was clean, tidy & no rubbish anywhere. The ladiws made aure the main entrance soors were fingerprint free, it certai ly made a food dirst impression

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the town centre and, importantly for us, the bus station. Our room was very comfy and a great place to relax after busy days out and about around the island. Also enjoyed spending time in the lounge. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast, included, was great. Our only very tiny gripe would be that the WiFi signal was patchy in our room but we had no problems using it in the lounge or restaurant

Very efficient staff, great food and service in hotel restaurant, good bar, good buffet breakfast, clean and well presented property. Would definitely recommend and would choose to stay here again.

Property’s interior, art and paintings, cleanliness, breakfast with lots of options, quick services, necessary basic facilities available in the room, luggage storage option after checkout.

Really enjoyed our stay, very good breakfast and friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms. Near to the bus stop so commute is easy and the beach is 10 minutes walk.

Nice comfy bed and nice staff. The breakfast was standard buffet style and good quality. Had everything we needed to get around town.
