Arrived whilst driving a hire car in a monsoon! Breakfast first then into the room before 10.30. Lovely balcony attached to suite. ALL the staff were very professional but must highlight two of the receptionists Laurine who let it be known that it was a holiday to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary - thanks for chocs and Teta who helped an oldie with his phone! Great stay great food and in the end great weather.

Good location to shops and all bus routes around island. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with plenty choice and fresh cooked menu available. The room we had had jacuzzi bath which was amazing. The deco was in need of some repair but we was aware of the owners doing things. It was very clean. All in an Amazon hotel. The fridge in our room was not working properly but that is the only negative.

J'ai passé un séjour de 4 jours au travail hôtel, rien à dire les chambres étaient très bien et le personnel très attentionné. Hotel très bien situé et possédant un parking pour la clientèle (extrêmement utile au vu des prix du stationnement). Je recommande les yeux fermés.

The hotel was ok but not ‘top notch’. Some staff were excellent but others were not so good. Our room was good with plenty of space and a nice bathroom - the toiletries were not convenient for the bath or shower and could not be removed from their holder. Breakfast was nice but coffee machines were not working.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was the same and the mattress provided a very comfortable nights sleep which doesn’t happen at a lot of hotels. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and the breakfast room is very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff all around the hotel particularly on reception are also excellent. I would highly recommend the Savoy to anyone. We have already booked for next year!

Very clean tidy and well presented hotel on the outskirts of the town center. Nice pool area with plenty of seating and beds with clean towels supplied. Rooms are a little old fashioned but clean and have all amenities required. The offering at breakfast was good and food was of a high quality. Defiantly worth a stay.

Breakfast staff where great very helpful but I wasnt impressed with the staff in restaurant when we booked and had an evening meal, kept us waiting when we booked a table and then didn't get a particular good table, when others did just walking in. The entaintainment was great (Saturday evening) head waiter very grumpy. The food was excellent. The maid service was excellent too.

All areas in the hotel were very clean. The hotel was only a 5 or 10 min walk to the centre and about 15 mins to the bus station. Our bedroom was very quiet which was great and had everything that you need..Breakfast was good and was served in a lovely airy room.

Breakfast was amazing. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the center of town and from the main bus station. So it was a trek with suitcases. The bus in front of the hotel ran once an hour. The carpet in the room was stained. There is no AC and the fan did little to help on the day that we arrived. Leaving the windows open meant that it was noisy. The shower door had mildew on it. Good updated decor in the bathroom. Great toiletries. I wish lotion had been provided. Well lit hallways. Nice entryway.

The hotel is needing money spent on it, to refresh the offering. The car park and the front gardens are poor - "the shop window and welcome" disappoint. It was adequate for the purpose but no means startlingly good, the name Savoy conjured up likeness with others so named. But a fail there. Other hotels in the locality so has lots to do to win me back!

Very nice lobby, pool area and breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was very good with a variety of cooked and continental options. We had a twin room. It was clean but it was very hot. Our room was on the bottom floor so we didn't feel comfortable leaving windows open. No A/C but we were provided with a fan. The room was nice but could probably do with a slight cosmetic improvement. Staff were very helpful throughout. Overall a very nice stay

Lovely hotel Great staff very from helpful It was nice to have live music a few nights in the bar Rooms where kept so clean and well stocked daily with tea, coffee, water & biscuits Are in the restaurant fantastic food Pool area a nice addition You won’t be disappointed saying at The Savoy

Staff excellent very clean outdoor pool too cold not heated , breakfast good everything you require . Very expensive in the restaurant . Not enough choice after a few days you get fed up of the menu . Sunday lunch was booked up very quick, not enough choice no information stating that you need to book early . Had to dine elsewhere

All areas in the hotel were very clean. The hotel was only a 5 or 10 min walk to the centre and about 15 mins to the bus station. Our bedroom was very quiet which was great and had everything that you need..Breakfast was good and was served in a lovely airy room.

Breakfast was amazing. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the center of town and from the main bus station. So it was a trek with suitcases. The bus in front of the hotel ran once an hour. The carpet in the room was stained. There is no AC and the fan did little to help on the day that we arrived. Leaving the windows open meant that it was noisy. The shower door had mildew on it. Good updated decor in the bathroom. Great toiletries. I wish lotion had been provided. Well lit hallways. Nice entryway.

The hotel is needing money spent on it, to refresh the offering. The car park and the front gardens are poor - "the shop window and welcome" disappoint. It was adequate for the purpose but no means startlingly good, the name Savoy conjured up likeness with others so named. But a fail there. Other hotels in the locality so has lots to do to win me back!

Very nice lobby, pool area and breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was very good with a variety of cooked and continental options. We had a twin room. It was clean but it was very hot. Our room was on the bottom floor so we didn't feel comfortable leaving windows open. No A/C but we were provided with a fan. The room was nice but could probably do with a slight cosmetic improvement. Staff were very helpful throughout. Overall a very nice stay
