Worst hotel experience, poor approach to customer service and seemingly weak approach to room safety and standards. On arrival noticed internal door handle loose (so someone could feasibly get locked inside) and also damage to main light switch. There was also a stale smell in the room. Pretty nonchalant reaction by front desk but at least they managed to resolve the door handle. Worse still, that night we found the walls and even the ceiling to be paper thin. People simply walking in the room above could be amply heard with the floors creaking like an old house, certainly not the standard of a hotel let alone one of this supposed rating class. The manager clearly wasn't bothered as we mentioned the issues a number of times and were told the manager had been informed, but not once did we hear from them or even get an apology. Compared to other hotels, the breakfast left much to be desired. I'd give it zero stars a definate holiday dampener.
