THE ICONIC LOCATION AND VIEWS SO AMAZING, WAS BREATH TAKING. THE ROOMS ARE V ERY SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. THE SERVICE AND STAFF WERE ALL IMPECCABLE!! I CANNOT WAIT TO HAVE ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO RETURN. THANK YOU NICOLE FOR BOOKING MY STAY HERE!

I had sent two messages to the hotel to check that I had booked the right room type to see the full view ranging from the Brooklyn Bridge, city skyline and all the way to the Statue of Liberty. It is my fault for not following up for a response because I ended up having to choose between the room they gave me (bridge view only) or partial skyline and statue. I chose the statue view but was disappointed as I paid the amount I did expecting the full view. My mistake, not the hotel’s but if you send a message requiring a response, you may not get one. My advise - FOLLOW UP!!! Also, if you have a camera that is anything other than an iPhone, they will not let you use it on the property (from the outside at least). There is mention of this on their website (if it would occur to you to check for such things) but it merely states that no professional photography is permitted without a contract with the property (it does not however state that a camera cannot be used at all) so I was again disappointed to find that this extends to using a hand held fairly basic camera. Most people use their phones I realize, but this is something to be aware of if you plan to use an actual camera or God forbid any type of zoom lense to capture the amazing view. The elevator keys are temperamental and on one occasion I was trapped in the elevator until someone else entered but the staff I encountered were all really friendly and overall it is a really nice hotel in a great location.

My second time at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge and I'll be back. Very urban, cool, attentive hotel. And the views! Chef's kiss.

Wonderful room and staff. The Brooklyn Bridge view was amazing.

Rooms are so nice and spacious. Plenty of room to enjoy indoor time. Lots of outdoor options on and near the property. Highly recommend. Beautiful views of the bridges and the city.

The view is everything!!

Not the five star experience. Allocated the wrong room on the noisy side not facing Statue of Liberty as paid for. No vase could be provided for the flowers prearranged. Woke up early with helicopter tours. Housekeeping also tried to get in early. Challenged about bringing in my wife’s parents the next morning despite it being preauthorised on the phone. Even the basics lacking like real milk for coffee.

Loved everything about it

This place was amazing, from the bartender Josh to Seiki and Selina, and also JD the concierge, I know I’m leaving people out but the entire staff made our stay perfection, it was first class all the way and I would never stay anywhere else when we go back, just truly a first rate experience

It was awesome

Nice views.. but food at restaurant left a lot to be desired. Also staff presentation was terrible. They need uniforms and a dress code. Booty shorts, wrinkled clothing... its all a part of the experience and everyone looked like they got up out of bed and came to work. Take pride. Its managements fault ..

Service is great, Eco friendly and amazing!

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, making the visit even more enjoyable. The views were absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the overall atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. Great and memorable way to celebrate my wife and I wedding anniversary!

I booked at suite at the 1Hotel for my wedding stay and had the worst experience - to the point of crying in the lobby. I had planned to take photos in the suite. The room I had received was NOT the room I booked. The hotel also was not able to accommodate any change and offered to 'downgrade' me. They were also almost an hour LATE in checking me in. The room itself had a fold up bed (the type that folds into the wall) and was a full sized uncomfortable bed. The lighting in the room was dark and the windows looked into other rooms so people could clearly see us sleeping in bed. We found a nail on the floor by the couch. Overall it was a horrible experience and unfortunately for me - it was for my wedding. The hotel does not care. For this price point and for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars, stay somewhere else!!!!

This is our 2nd stay at this location for a quick summer family getaway. We LOVE it! The staff is incredibly nice and attentive. The pool has the best view of the city. The location is perfect for exploring. Tons of food options nearby. Highly recommend!
