I really liked how accommodating they were when I called about an early check in. I was also able to enjoy the pool and do a late check out. The staff was very thoughtful, would stay here again.

Gisele at the front desk is exceptional. She just enjoys helping whoever walks up to the counter. My check in with her was professional, efficient and truly friendly. She explained the breakfast times and the manager's social at the end of the day. Especially shared how excellent the baker's cookies are! Give this girl a raise!

I had requested a room for the handicapped and there was none available. The room was not accessible at all. We had to shorten our stay. They did give us back the money for the night. We did not stay. The hotel is going through many renovations. The breakfast was nice!!!

The rooms are great, a little bright for me, as I prefer low light. The property is right next to the freeway. You may be hearing traffic sounds if the the air is not on. My room was on the outside. I’m not sure if it is better on the inside.
