Clean comfortable room. Staff professional and helpful.

I had a very late check in (midnight) and was greeted by a friendly older gentle man. Very professional. The room was spotless, quiet, well air conditioned, clean sheets. Bathroom was spotless and water very warm. Breakfast was excellent and a full buffet with excellent friendly kitchen staff. I enjoyed my 1 night stay. The actual experience was far better than I had expected when I first arrived. Thank you Ayer’s staff.

The front desk staff was welcoming and answered questions about the area to help us with dinner plans. The room was clean and quiet. Perfect.

I have had the pleasure of staying here before heading up the 38 to Big Bear, but this time the visit was to escape the fires under mandatory evacuations! When the front desk heard my circumstances they were extremely empathetic and accommodating. One of the best places to stay if you have pets! Highly recommend, can’t say enough about how grateful I am for their friendly service during such a harrowing time. Can’t wait to return!

Great place to stay

We had a good stay, the only issue was that our phone didn’t work and every time we called the front desk they couldn’t hear us, but we could hear them clearly. Also, when we requested toilet paper for our room, it took almost an hour. I understand that they are busy, so it’s not a big deal. We appreciated the size of the room and how clean it was. It also had a good sized refrigerator and we were very pleased that it had a microwave. All in all we were happy with our stay.

Great staff. Good location. Could use some renovated rooms, whick looks like will be happening soon.

LIKED: Lots of TV channels, quiet, large room, nice tub style, comfortable bed Disliked: Breakfast ended 9am, Disliked TV-dominated breakfast area, Would have like higher quality muffins & breakfast pastries, and BETTER QUALITY COFFEE!

Need to adreas why check 8n says 3pm but cant get a room until 8:30pm and tell you you have to check out by 11am

Nice spacious rooms and pet friendly for a fee. Hot breakfast bar selections were a nice start to our day. Coffee bar also had syrup selections.
