Nice hotel, nice bedroom.

Stayed 8 days. They kept “forgetting” to clean our room. Even after going to front desk and requesting specifically that they clean it. Also, they only have hot food in breakfast area on Saturday and Sunday so the other days had to go out to breakfast if you want any kind of protein or hot food. Also, there is literally nothing in walking distance of this hotel to do or even walk to a mini mart or anything.

Room was clean, free daily breakfast was decent, all staff was very welcoming and helpful.

I don't generally feel compelled to write reviews for hotels, but this one was exceptionally poor quality. Bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke, furniture looked like it had been gnawed on by pets or small children, pillows felt like sacks filled with rolled up socks. The staff were super nice and water pressure in the shower was fantastic though!

Amazing

Great location, great service, great price

We stayed just one night for an athletic competition. The pros: very close to UDel Athletic facilities and basically fine with everything we needed. Plus the breakfast was pretty good. The cons: the whole half of the 3rd floor smelled like weed and the shower leaked a huge puddle that took two towels to mop up. The staff were a mixed bag-- one would barely talk to us while another person was super friendly and helpful. All in all, this place is fine for 1 or 2 nights, but I wouldn't vacation here.

To start, the staff was very nice and accommodating. When I booked this place, I was excited to save money on breakfast, because it's offered. However, I'm gluten and dairy free and they had NO options for me. When I asked about eggs, they said it's only offered on the weekend, so that was disappointing. I arrived after midnight due to flight delays, so they were already prepared with my paperwork, but they gave me a room on the first floor and it was so NOISY and outdated. The bed was very uncomfortable, the hotel looked like it needed a nice repaint, the bathroom floor had footprints that were not mine and only noticeable after it was steamed from my shower, the AC unit is LOUD and so is the mini fridge, and the neighboring rooms were LOUD. Plus, the parking was right next to the window so I heard all the noise. Needless to say, I got maybe 2 hours of sleep and then I had to go to work as this was a work trip. The next day I asked to switch my room and they were accommodating. They put me in a room on the 3rd floor and it was so peaceful. The bed was way more comfortable and the room seemed nicer. All in all, because it was a 2 day trip for me for work, it wasn't bad, but definitely room for improvement. Also, I think there's people who "live" at this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay , room was very clean had no issues at all and got my deposit back in a timely fashion , highly recommend

Conveniently located but very dated. The walls are thin and noises travel between rooms.

The room was clean and the breakfast choice items were plentiful. I was near a room where individuals did not consider that the majority of people sleep at night. They were throughout the night into the early morning hours so I did not get much sleep.

Good overall

Use of POT at both back and front entrance. As well as Interior hallways. We checked out and went to a different hotel
