Alex was very helpful at check-in. All staff were friendly. Room was clean. The kids had a blast on the water slides!

Very kid friendly. My kids love the water slides and the pool. Even the adults enjoyed the water slides and the pool. The grill was awesome and they have shave ice cream spot and a Starbucks on the property.

We loved this property. The rooms could be properly updated but the amenities were spot on Sandra at the buffet was the hardest worker as well as so very friendly. Everyone was kind and helpful

Liked the waterpark and pool but keep in mind you can’t take any type of food or drinks.
Our room door was very hard to open and sofa mattress was uncomfortable.

Esta propiedad tiene empleados que no estan calificados para trabajar con publico, me refiero en especifico al encargado del piso del Arcade game room, trigueño de piel, pelo rizado, bien delgado, y tatuaje en una brazo, pongo esta descripcion porque no se el nombre, y ademas por si el hotel quiere saber que tipejo de empleados tiene, el game room cierra a las 10pm a las 9y48 llegue al mostrador para redeen de premios porque ya al dia siguiente me iba, resulta a ser que a las 9y54 aparecio este tipejo, y dijo que ya el habia cerrado la registradora y con muy mala forma me dijo que virara al dia siguiente, cuando le dije que no podia porque ya me iba, me dijo que no le importaba que ya el habia cerrado, y ya q me fuera, me boto de alli, nuevamente le dije que no eran las 10pm y que el tenia que atenderme me dijo que no, se llevo el cash de la caja registradora y me dejo en el mostrador alli como si no le importara, a los minutos le pedi a otra empleada que estaba barriendo que me llamara a un supervisor, resulta a ser que el supervisor segun ellos el mismo tipejo, vino y como ya a esa hora si eran las 10pm me dijo q no me iba a dar nada y me dijo que me fuera, nuevamente me volvio a botar, de muy mala forma me falto al respeto y varias veces dijo la frase get out, siendo asi salimos disgustados de alli porque el Arcade no es barato, esto es una falta de respeto con el cliente ademas d la mala forma como si uno no estuviera pagando por el lugar.

It was not what I had expected. We were assigned a room in Building 8, where the air conditioning was broken and had not been working that day (or longer- they sent the AC tech to fix the AC). The phone was disconnected from the landline, and the shower handle had to be forced to stop the water from running. Thankfully, the reception accommodated us at midnight by providing a room in Building 6.

No me gustó para nada en la habitación la caja fuerte no funcionaba , no había microondas pedí uno y el q me trajeron estaba dañado quemaba las cosas había mucho olor a viejo las toallas muy finas y amarillas , la piscina tenía mucho cloro y solo habian 3 balsas azul para la atracción y amarillas dobles sola 1 teníamos q esperar mucho para poder disfrutar la atracción las tumbonas estaban rotas al igual q las sombrillas el bufé muy sencillo no hubo variedad en ninguno de los 3 días la verdad no volvería
